Objective:The subject of clinical medical records by collecting Shihezi City from January 2012 to December 2013 in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, analyze epidemiological characteristics of Shihezi City hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and prognostic factors.Shihezi City hypertensive intracerebral provide objective, scientific and epidemiological data prognostic factors bleeding, can provide a reliable basis for clinical trials of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,to better assist the clinical prevention and treatment. Methods:Collected in Shihezi City People’s Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University School of Medicine Emerging from January 2012 to December 2013 and diagnosed 373 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, study includes patients with general living conditions, history of disease:hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, incidence, treatment, the patient’s condition on admission, after hospitalization, treatment results and other factors that affect treatment outcome;Epi Data 3.01 using independent double data entry.Checked for consistency and logic verification. After inconsistencies and errors in the content check, update and lock the database.Statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS 17.0 software, classification data using frequency(percentage) description.Rate or constituent ratio between groups were compared using chi-square test.Based on the binomial distribution, using exact method to estimate the rate of 95%CI.Metering data to mean standard deviation(s) that count data expressed in n measurement data using t test, count data using chi-square test and analysis of variance, multivariate analysis using Logistic regression, are P <0.05 for there was statistically significant. Results:Epidemiological characteristics of Shihezi City hypertension:2012 incidence rate of 51.39/100,000,95% CI of44.12/10 million to 59.51/100,000;mortality rate was 21.91%, 95% CI 16.07%- 28.71%.2013 incidence rate of55.67/100,000,95% CI of 48.13/10 million to 64.05/100,000,mortality was 21.54%,95% CI 27.98 to 15.99;new-onset patients with cerebral hemorrhage predominantly male(62.43%); mainly people over the age of 50(91.15%);onset time focused on06:00-18:00(65.42%).Spring and autumn ratio of 57.37%.Prognostic factors analysis:304 patients,a total of 284 cases with good prognosis,120 cases of adverse outcomes, including death of 31 cases.Good prognosis group and a poor prognosis group sex,hypertension(≥10years),glucose(>8mmol/L),HICH knowledge, hematoma volume, breaking into the ventricle, admission GCS score, differences in terms of treatment time and lung infection statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis showed that gender, hematoma volume and admission GCS score independent factors for short-term prognosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion:1.Shihezi City HICH2012 years of the 2013 years incidence rates were 51.39/10 million and 55.69/10 million, the mortality rate was 21.91% and 21.54%, the incidence rates were in the range of the average incidence rate and the fatality rate is lower than the average level of the whole country. The incidence of the disease is on the rise, the mortality of the disease is declining. The statistical analysis showed that there was no statistical significance between the incidence and mortality(P>0.05).2.Shihezi City hich incidence in men, in the elderly over the age of 41, Han nationality, in spring and autumn, in March and October, 6:00-18:00, onset to specialist treatment time 3-12 hours number of most statistical analysis in onset age, nationality, seasonal incidence, time of onset, onset to specialist treatment time differences, there is statistical significance(P<0.05)and in the gender, onset in no statistical significance(P>0.05)3.Shihezi City hich prognosis factors analysis results in gender, hypertension(equal to or more than 10 years), blood glucose(> mmol / L), hich knowledge, volume of hematoma, broken into the ventricle, admission GCS score, duration of symptoms and pulmonary infection aspects difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that sex, the volume of hematoma and the GCS score were independent influencing factors of short-term prognosis in hich. Clinical treatment should pay close attention to the index, improve the short-term prognosis of patients, reduce hich case fatality rate and disability rate.
