Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics,pathologic classification,surgical treatment,prognosis and follow-up of synchronous primary colorectal carcinoma(SCC),in order to hence the clinician's sense of SCC.Methods: Retrospective analysis of all general surgery departments those who were diagnosed with colorectal carcinoma,from January 2012 to December 2016 Wannan Medical College Affiliated Yijieshan Hospital.There are 748 cases of colorectal surgery patients were confirmed by the postoperative pathology departmnet,8 patients with Familial Adenomatous Polyposi(FAP)is not in this group.Then 14 patients with SCC,according to the registered ID number,were picked up from the rest 740 patients with colorectal carcinoma.The data of remaining 726 cases of single colorectal cancer were analyzed by sex,age,lesion distribution,pathological type,clinical stage and survival rate.The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistical software.Results: In this reserach,14 cases of synchronus multiple primary colorectal carcinoma patients,male counts to 13 cases,male to female ratio is 13: 1.The age ranges from 43 to 87 years old,the average age of 61.6 years old.30 cases of foci were found,the incidence of ascending colon was 26.7%,the incidence of transverse colon was 16.7%,the incidence of descending colon was 13.3%,the incidence of sigmoid colon was 23.3%,and the incidence of rectum was 20.0%,Simultaneous multiple primary colorectal cancer incidence rate was 1.89%.In addition to 1 case of metastatic cancer patients with palliative surgery,the remaining patients received radical surgery.Postoperative pathological type of adenocarcinoma is more common 83.3%,a small number of mucous adenocarcinoma with 10.0%.All patients were followed up for 1,3,and 5 years,and there survival rare are as follows 64.3%,28.6%,7.1% Conclusion: SCC patients often starts at the age of 60 or so,the incidence of males is higher than the incidence of women,predilection sites are ascending colon,sigmoid colon and rectum is very common.Pathological types of adenocarcinoma is more common.Of the patients with surgical indications,their surgical programs need to adjust to tumor-related characteristics of comprehensive consideration.Postoperative follow-up is required to prevent SCC occurring within 6 months and MCC over 6 months.Patients need postoperative adjuvant therapy to extend the their lifetime.
