Objective: Ovarian carcinosarcoma is different from other ovarian malignant tumors, its incidence is low, which has percentages of 1%-2% in ovarian malignant tumors, but its malignant degree is high, when the patients are sick, most of them may be late in stages; It relapses easily,so its prognosis is poor. There are no unified treatments for the disease. This clinical analysis on its symptoms, signs, laboratory examination, imaging features and pathological characteristics, treatments, discussions of the factors influencing the prognosis, provides reference for the diagnosis and treatments of ovarian carcinosarcoma. Methods: From 1997 to 2017,13 cases from guangxi medical university affiliated tumor hospital,1 case from Yulin tumor hospital,1 case from Yulin the first people's hospital,1 case from Liuzhou tumor hospital,a total of 16 cases of primary ovarian carcinosarcoma patients, whose clinical manifestations, laboratory examination, imaging features, pathological characteristics, treatments and factors affecting prognosis are retrospectively analyzed. We use the SPSS 17.0 statistical software(kaplan-meier)for survival analysis, compare survival differences by the Log Rank test, make multivariate analysis with the Cox regression model.p < 0.05 is the standard of statistical significance in eachanalysis method,Results: 1 case is missing and 9 deaths, their survial time are: 2,2.5,3.6,3.7,5,12,24.4,40,45,61 months. At the end of the follow-up period, there are6 cases of survival: 4.5,7,11.2,22.8,26,46 months. The overall survival rate of1,2,and 5 years are 50%,37.5% and 6.25%.I/? stages' 1,2,5 years survival rate are 87.5%,62.5%,12.5%;?/? stages' 1,2,5 years survival rate are 12.5%,12.5%,0.Single factor analysis and multifactor analysis show that clinical stages and postoperative chemotherapy are independent prognostic factors for ovarian carcinosarcoma. Conclusion: 1.Ovarian carcinosarcoma is a tumor with low incidence, high degree of malignancy, which is easy to metastasize, relapse. It has poor prognosis.2.Ovarian carcinosarcoma most occurs in postmenopausal women, many patients have CA125 rising. The imaging test can find pelvic mass, most accompanied with ascites.3.The main treatment for ovarian carcinosarcoma is cytoreductive surgery combining with chemotherapy based with platinum drugs.4.Clinical stages and postoperative chemotherapy are independent prognostic factors for ovarian carcinosarcoma.
