Changes Of Serun Uric Acid In Patients With New Myocardial Infarction And Its Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the changes of serum uric acid(SUA)in patients with new myocardial infarction and its clinical significance.Method155 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in theFirst Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical university from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected as the myocardial infarction group.Am ong them,124 were male and 31 were female,aged from 32 to 85 Yearsold and average age =59.42±12.75.at the same time,a total of 100 h ealthy subjects were selected as the healthy control group,including 70 ma les and 30 females,aged from 33 to 84 years old and mean age =56.85±12.38.the clinical data of two groups were collected and compared.and a nalysis of risk factors of acute myocardial infarction.Furthermore,t-heleve l of SUA in patients with acute myocardial infarction with differe-nt degr ee of coronary artery lesions in the healthy control group were co-mpared.Result(1)The level of SUA in the myocardial infarction group was(373.41±101.68)umol/L,which was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group(254.66±45.80)umol/L,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P <0.05);(2)Univariate analysis of statistically signif-y cantindependent variables into multivariate logistic regression analysis s-ho wed that smoking history(OR=21.111,95%CI: 6.029-73.928,hyperten-sion(OR=9.194,95%CI: 3.322-25.466)and Diabetes mellitus(OR=3.825,95%CI: 1.250,13.004)were the risk factors of acute myocardial infarctio-n(P<0.05);(3)The level of SUA in the subgroup of patients with cardiac func tionwas significantly higher than that in the normal subgroup[(398.77±125.34)umol/L vs.(358.65±82.13)umol/L],the difference was statistic-ally sig nificant(P < 0.05);(4)The SUA level of coronary artery lesions in differen t groups was not statistically significant in the case group(P>0.05).Conc lusion(1)SUA levels were higher in patients with new onset myocardial inf arction;(2)new onset myocardial infarction with reduced c-ardiac function,serum uric acid is higher than the normal heart function.
