ObjectiveThrough analysis the patients with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer,to study the correlation of chemotherapy induced anemia is happening and the related influencing factors.MethodsThis is a retrospective analysis which collected the breast cancer patients' clinical data, for who had done at least 4 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy after radical surgery from January 1st 2013 to December 31 2013.Then I try to analyze the changes of hemoglobin before and after chemotherapy, and the incidence of chemotherapy induced anemia and related influencing factors.Results1.This research enrolled 102 cases of breast cancer patients, both were women, the median age is 47,range from 26 to 70.Their average hemoglobin was 125.58±8.65g/L,then 113.210±10.09g/L after chemotherapy. The total incidence of anemia was 29.4%(30/102).All of them were mild-to-moderate anemia,no one was sever anemia.2.Different factors affecting the incidence ofchemotherapy induced anemia is different.By grouping of menopausal status, the patients' incidence of anemia in the postmenopausal state were higher(P?0.05).The patients older than 60 were higher incidence of anemia(P?0.05).To ethnic groups,Zhuang were a bit high incidence(P?0.05).To the MCV levels at initiation, the patients' incidence of anemia were higher in MCV?80fl group(P?0.05).Based the enrolled MCH,the patients' incidence of anemia were higher in MCH ? 27 pg group(P ? 0.05).Based the enrolled MCHC,the patients' incidence of anemia were higher in MCHC ? 320g/L group(P ? 0.05).Groups with different pathological types, the incidence of anemia were a bit higher in ductal carcinoma patients(P ? 0.05).To the different ER,ER positive patients were high incidence of anemia(P ? 0.05).To the different PR,PR negative patients were high incidence of anemia(P ? 0.05).And patients used AC-T regimen were higher incidence(P?0.05).The incidence of anemia after different cycles were different. After completing a cycle of chemotherapy for anemia was7.8%,then incidence become to 20.0% after four cycles.3.Adjuvant chemotherapy can lead to decreased of hemoglobin. The hemoglobin after chemotherapy between age?60 and age?60 were similar(P?0.05).Han and Zhuang patients' hemoglobin after chemotherapy with no difference(P ?0.05).Different menopausal patients' hemoglobin had no statistical difference(P? 0.05).The patients' hemoglobin became lower in MCV ? 80 fl group after chemotherapy(P ? 0.05).The patients' hemoglobin became lower in MCH ?27pg group after chemotherapy(P?0.05).The patients' hemoglobin were lower in MCHC ? 320g/L group after chemotherapy(P ? 0.05).According to the different pathological types, the hemoglobin were similar(P ? 0.05).To the different ER status and PR status, there were no statistical difference(P?0.05).And the patients' hemoglobin after chemotherapy were lowest with whom usedAC-T regimen(P?0.05).Conclusion1.The incidence of breast cancer patients chemotherapy-induced anemia was 29.4%(30/102).The degree of anemia was given priority to with mild-to-moderate.2.The incidence of chemotherapy induced anemia was relate with menopausal status. And had no relation with age, ethnic, the beginning MCV,the beginning MCH,the beginning MCHC,the pathological types,ER,PR,chemotherapy regimens.3.Adjuvant chemotherapy can lead to decreased of hemoglobin. The patients' hemoglobin was lower with whose MCV ? 80 fl,MCH?27pg,MCHC?320g/L and used AC-T regimen. The hemoglobin was no statistical difference with age, ethnic, menopausal status, pathological types, hormone receptor.
