Objective:By comparing the medical 3D printing technology making the allograft bone in advance, with ordinary allograft bone in the application of anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, discussed combined with the medical 3D printing technology making the allograft bone in advance in operation time, blood loss volume during the operation, hospital stay, the fusion rate, postoperative complications and the effect of clinical curative of difference, and provide better technical guidance for operation. Methods:Retrospectively analysis of the spine and joint orthopedic cases of our hospital, since January 2013 to January 2016,useing the medical 3D printing technology making the allograft bone in advanceand ordinary allograft bone of 55 cases in the application of anterior cervical fusion and internal fixation, according to the surgical method, divided into group A:medical 3D printing technology making the allograft bone in advance 30 cases;group B:ordinary allograft bone 25 cases. The effects of two kinds of surgical method on the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time, postoperative complications and clinical curative effect were analyzed. The follow-up time was 12 to 18 months. Results:By comparison and analysis, the operation time and intraoperative blood loss of group A was 85.5±20.5min,80.3±23.2ml,and the group B was 120.4±30.1min,105.3±29.3ml,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and group A was better than group B in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss volume. The average length of hospital stay in group A and B were 8 days and 9 days, with no significant difference(P>0.05).Groups A and group B after operation time of 3 months,6 months,1 year of fusion rate were 80%?90%?93.3%and 68%?80%?88%,and comparison was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the fusion rate of group A is significantly higher than group B.There were no complications in group A,and the incidence of complications in group B was 16%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).postoperative complications of group A significantly less than group B.Postoperative instant,3 months,6 months,1 year group A in JO A scores and cervical physiological curvature and intervertebral height recovery were obviously improved compared with group B,compare the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Useing the medical 3D printing technology making the allograft bone in advance in cervical arthrodesis, can reduce the operation time and intraoperative blood loss, improve fusion rate and reduce postoperative complications and improve neurologic symptoms, maximum restore cervical physiological curvature and intervertebral height, improve the clinical curative effect and satisfaction, provide better technical guidance for cervical fusion.
