Clinical Study Of Yangchongtiaojing Cream Formula In The Treatment Of Hypomenorrhea Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective: This topic through the observation of clinical efficacy and serum Sex hormone level,and the change of endometrial thickness and spiral artery blood flow which yangchongtiaojing cream formula treat the hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,further clarify the clinical efficacy and possible mechanism,so as to provide clinical basis for paste in the treatment of hypomenorrhea.Methods:This study collected 60 outpatients met the diagnostic criteria of kidney deficiency and blood stasis hypomenorrhea which were randomly divided into 2groups,the treatment group(yangchongtiaojing cream formula group)30 cases,control group(guishenwan granule group)30 cases.One menstrual cycle is a course of treatment,the course of treatment is three months.Compare the changes of the clinical symptoms and the observation indexs before and after medication.Results:1.The comparison of menstrual volume:Comparison of integration within and between groups of menstrual blood loss in two groups before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),two grops all can increase the volume of menstruation after the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,the treatment group is better than the control group.2.The comparison of TCM syndrome scores:Comparison of TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome scores integral comparison between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the two groups all can improve clinical symptoms after treatment,the treatment group is better than the control group.3.The comparison of serum Sex hormone level:The comparison of estradiol(E2)of two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);between the two groups after treatment of the estradiol(E2),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),hat the two groups all can improve the level of E2,athe treatment group is better than the control group.There was no significant difference in FSH,LH,PRL and T before and after treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.The comparison of endometrial thickness:The endometrial thickness of two groups before and after treatment were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups all can increase the thickness of the endometrium after the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,the treatment group is better than the control group.5.The comparison of uterine spiral artery blood flow parameters:The pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)compared with the two groups before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),showing that the two groups all can improve the uterine spiral artery blood flow after treatment,ahe treatment group is better than the control group.6.The comparison of comprehensive efficacy: The comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was 96.67%,the comprehensive efficacy of the control group was80%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of yangchongtiaojing cream formula wchich treat hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis is reliable,it not only can improve the clinical symptoms obviously,but also improve the level of serum estradiol,and increase endometrial thickness,and reduce the resistance index and pulsatility index of uterine spiral artery,improve endometrial blood flow.Yangchongtiaojing cream formula treatment effect was better than the control group(guishenwan granule group),it is easy to be accepted by patients because it is convenient to take.It has certain advantages in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis of hypomenorrhea,it's worthy of clinical application...
