Clinical Study On Treatment Of Vascular Cognitive Impairment With Huayu Tongluo Moxibusion

1.ObjectiveTreatment of vascular cognitive impairment observed "Huayutongluo Moxibustion"(VCI)the clinical curative effect of "Huayutongluo moxibustion and Western medicine therapy on serum insulin like growth factor in patients with vascular cognitive impairment(IGF-1)on the expression of-1.To verify the feasibility of Moxibustion in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment,and to provide a practical and reliable treatment for vascular cognitive impairment.2.Method60 patients with vascular cognitive impairment were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group was divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group(n = 30).At the same time,the treatment group was treated with conventional basic medicine.The treatment group: acupoints shenting,Baihui,Dazhui,yongquan.Operation: the patient was sitting,moxa burning end vertical pressure is over the laying of Baihui,shenting cotton cloth,the patient felt a burning sensation in the local press moxibustion moxa repeatedly mentioned.Dazhui,Yongquan by Moxibustion Moxibustion frame.The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride 5mg,once every night.Two groups were treated for a course of treatment for 30 days,once a day.Chinese records of core symptoms,MMSE,ADL and MoCA scale scores before and after treatment respectively,observe the improvement of cognitive impairment,and determination of two groups of patients before and after treatment of insulin like growth factor-1(IGF-1)levels were compared between the two groups,evaluation.3.ResultsTwo groups of patients before treatment age,gender,course of disease and the coresymptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and MMSE,ADL,MoCA score no difference,comparable(P>0.05).After treatment with 30 d,the total effective rate of TCM symptoms of Huayu Tongluo moxibustion group was significantly higher than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05).Two groups after treatment of 30 d symptoms score,MMSE,ADL,MoCA score were significantly changed compared with the former(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the MoCA score had no significant difference(P>0.05),and the difference was significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of IGF-1 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),but the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,compared with the control group(P<0.01).4.Conclusions(1)Huayu Tongluo moxibustion can improve the cognitive function of patients with vascular cognitive impairment,TCM symptoms and clinical symptoms,improve the memory of VCI patients,improve self-care ability.(2)donepezil hydrochloride can improve cognitive function and self-care ability in patients with vascular cognitive impairment.(3)Huayu Tongluo moxibustion may improve the cognitive function of VCI patients by increasing the level of serum IGF-1 in patients with VCI.(4)Huayu Tongluo moxibustion and oral donepezil can improve the core symptoms of VCI patients with traditional Chinese medicine.However,compared with the effect of the two groups,the treatment group was better than the donepezil group.(5)Huayu Tongluo treatment of vascular cognitive impairment has a significant effect,clinical operation is simple,safe,low cost,it is worthy of clinical application...
