Clinical Study On Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis Due To Cold Invasion And Lung Deficiency In Child With Declared The Nasal Passage Method

Objective Through the clinical randomized controlled study,analyze the effect of declared the nasal passage method of tuina on the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.Evaluat of the advantages of declared the nasal passage treatment of allergic rhinitis in child,Provide a new direction of thinking of children with allergic rhinitis treatment,provide a new direction of thinking for its treatment.Methods Sixty patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups(n=30).The treatment group was treated with declared the nasal passage method,and the control group was treated with conventional pediatric tuina.Treatment once a day,5 days for a course of treatment,a total of 1 month.The symptoms of the patient were observed before treatment,after treatment and after 1 month of treatment.Results The clinical study showed that the effect of declared the nasal passage method was better than that of the conventional pediatric massage(P<0.05)on improving the change of nasal discharge,nasal itching,nasal congestion and sneezing symptoms.The main clinical symptoms of children with rhinitis.Routine pediatric massage on children with allergic rhinitis sneezing,itching symptoms improved significantly(P>0.05),but it improved nasal discharge and nasal congestion obviously(P<0.05).After the end of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).1 month after the end of treatment,in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 86.67%;in the control group,the total efficiency of 76.67%,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Long-term efficacy with declared the nasal passage method is superior to conventional pediatric massage group.Conclusion Declared the nasal passage method can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children with allergic rhinitis,the effect is better than the conventional pediatric tuina method.Declared the nasal passage method is efficient,long-term effect is remarkable,better than conventional tuina group.The patient's compliance and safety is good.
