Leonurus japonicus Houtt is commonly used Chinese traditional medicine,the<Sheng Nong's herbal classic>listed as top grade,recorded from all previous dynasties.Mainly contain alkaloids,flavonoids,terpenoids,fatty acids,volatile oil and other compounds.Pharmacological studies showed that motherwort has contracting uterus,inhibiting on platelet aggregation and so on.It is mainly used on clinical of irregular menses,abdominal pain,postpartum blood stasis resistance disease,etc.This article will be summarized of the source of the characteristics of motherwort,collecting and processing,chemical constituents,pharmacological effects,quality evaluation research progress.Leonurus japonicus loose texture,easy to cut,but it is inconvenient about storage and transportation,losing easily with water and effective ingredients.By processing and prepare for the whole of origin and can reduce processing steps,water control drying temperature and time,so as to guarantee the quality of slices,establish and form a optimization of production process,to facilitate storage transportation and cost advantages of the origin of the key technology of integration of processing and processing production and specifications.According to the appropriate skill of Leonurus japonicus origin processing technology,the traditional processing technology and processing and processing integrated production slices of comparative research.Establish embody traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)the evaluation of safe,effective and controllable quality system.Using modern analysis techniques and methods,this paper preliminarily established in Leonurus japonicus alkaloids,flavonoids of analysis and evaluation method of inorganic elements,this paper discusses the different drying methods on the effective ingredients in Leonurus japonicus and inorganic elements and the effect of using network pharmacology method by constructing network "drug-targets-disease",a comprehensive system to predict potential targets for alkaloids component of Leonurus japonicus,analyze its mechanism.To the ascension of Leonurus japonicus quality standard and the study of biological activity,providing scientific and reasonable theoretical basis.The analysis of alkaloids and flavonoids ingredients:Established reversed phase high performance liquid content determination method of alkaloids and flavonoids ingredients of Leonurus japonicus.With methanol(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(B)for the elution flow equal degree,velocity of flow control in 1.0mL min-1,column temperature:30?,under the condition of the detection wavelength of 270nm,leonurine,rutin and quercetin,apigenin,and genkwanin to baseline separation;With acetonitrile-water(80:20),flow rate:1.0mL min-1,column temperature:30?,with evaporative light-scattering detector,carrier gas flow rate is 2.4L min-1,drift tube temperature of 80? condition,to determine the content of stachydrine.According to the different origin of Leonurus japonicus on the determination of alkaloids and flavonoids ingredients analysis,to establish HPLC fingerprint of Leonurus japonicus.Inorganic element analysis:Using ICP-MS method would be simple,rapid and effective of 15 kinds of inorganic element content in Leonurus japonicus,the results showed that trace elements in Leonurus japonicus in Ga,Ba,Cu and Zn content is relatively rich.Heavy metal content of Hg has a small amount of check out,and other heavy metals are not checked out and almost in the 2015 "China pharmacopoeia" quasi new traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of heavy metals within the standard of set limit to,through the principal component analysis to Ga,Ba and Cu,zinc,Tl,Ni,Sn as the characteristic elements in Leonurus japonicus and quality evaluation of important factor.Drying methods of Leonurus japonicus influence the effective components and inorganic element:Discusses five different drying technology(including the traditional dry in the shade,drying in the sun;hot air drying,infrared drying,microwave drying)on the content of alkaloids,flavonoids in Leonurus japonicus and the influence of inorganic elements.Results show that the composition of alkaloids content is higher in fresh Leonurus japonicus,and in hot air drying processing,alkaloids and flavonoids in Leonurus japonicas retained the most;Microwave drying of the two types of active ingredients that has caused the most damage.Inorganic element content changes before and after drying in Leonurus japonicus,significant difference of elements are mainly Mn,Zn,Sn,Ba.The present study aims to predict the action targets of stachydrine and leonurine.Using network pharmacology,alkaloids was used to predict the targets according to reversed pharmacophore matching method.The results were used to construct the drug-targets-pathways network.The network analysis indicates that alkaloids involve 20 genes in potentially important targets for two kinds of alkaloids,Metabolic pathways,Biosynthesis of antibiotics and Drug metabolism-cytochrome P450 of 7 kinds of pathway may be two kinds of alkaloids play the most important ways of pharmacological effects.This research provides a scientific basis for elucidation of the pharmacological mechanism of Leonurus japonicas.
