Objective:Explore using HA/ ?-TCP/ chitosan(CS)/ methyl cellulose(MC)(HTCM)to make injectable tissue-engineered bone scaffold materials.The physical,chemical and biological properties of the material were systematically analyzed to investigate its feasibility as an injectable scaffold for tissue engineering bone.Met hod:Use physical crosslinking method to prepare HTCM injectable tissue-engineer ed bone scaffold.Test its gelation time,pH value,SEM,porosity,FT-IR,compress ive mechanical test.Culture BMSCs in HTCM hydrogel,in the 1,3,5,7d test it's prol iferation activity,used by MTT,test it's osteogenic activity used by ALP.Results:H TCM hydrogels were obtained by physical cross-linking;(1)The gelation time was 8min-9min;(2)PH value: 6.82 ±0.28;(3)Scanning electron microscope showed tha t the pore size in 50~150?m,have a good three-dimensional net structure;(4)porosit y:experiment group 2:89.4±7.2,Experiment group 1:88.3±4.3;(5)compressive mechanical test: when compression strength in 60 KPa,experiment group 2 shape ch ange 80%,have better compressive mechanical;(6)proliferation activity:every Experi ment group can promote BMSCs proliferation,experiment group 2 in 7d is best;(7)osteogenic activity: experiment group 2 osteogenic activity is better than other experiment groups.The proliferation activity test group 2 was better.conclusion:HT CM injectable tissue engineering scaffolds have good physical,chemical and biolo gical properties.It can be used as scaffold material for tissue engineering.
