Objective: To screen serum differential protein in predicting curative effect of chemoradiotherapy on Uighur locally advanced esophageal cancer patients.Methods: 28 Uighur locally advanced esophageal squamos cell cancer patients and 14 healthy controls were enrolled,Venous blood of Uighur esophageal cancer patients before chemoradiotherapy and healthy controls was colllected.All patients received concurrent chemoradiotherapy,after chemoradiotherapy all patients were followed up and evaluated curative effect;Serum was extracted from the blood and mixed according to the grouping requirements;Then serum was marked with iTRAQ and detcted through ptotein mass spectrography,finally screening serum differential protein through the protein analysis software.Results: 1 Evaluation of curative effec:the results revealed that 15 patients had a good recent curative effect including that 1 patient had CR and 14 patients had PR,13 patients had a poor recent curative effect including that 8 patients had SD and 5 patients had PD;16 patients' PFS was over one year,12 patients' PFS was less than one year?2The screening of differential protein:(1)The esophageal cancer patients before chemoradiotherapy compared with the healthy controls,a total of 83 serum differential proteins were screened including 48 up-regulated proteins and 35 down-regulated proteins,TUBA?CRP were prominently up-regulated and TF?C4A3?KNG1 were prominently down-regulated;(2)The poor recent curative effect group compared with the good recent curative effect group after chemoradiotherapy,a total of 52 serum differential proteins were screened including 29 up-regulated proteins and 23 down-regulated proteins,K10 was prominently up-regulated and H4 was prominently down-regulated.(3)The group ofPFS over one year compared with the group of PFS less than one year after chemoradiotherapy,a total of 128 serum differential proteins were screened including 73up-regulated proteins and 55 down-regulated proteins,B2R773_HUMAN?REV25-2 were prominently up-regulated and IGHV1-18?CFHR3?SAA1?SAA2?CRP were prominently down-regulated.Conclusion:1.TUBA?CRP ?TF? C4A3?KNG1 are beneficial to the diagnosis of Uighur esophageal cancer patients;2.K10?IGHV1-18?CFHR3?SAA1?SAA2?CRP?H4?B2R773_HUMAN?REV25-2 are potentially significant biomarkers in predicting curative effect of chemoradiotherapy on Uighur esophageal cancer patients.
