| Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory,analgesic and immunoregulatory effects of the total flavonoids(JSTF)of the Sabina vulgaris,and to provide the basic data for its further development.Methods:(1)Mice were treated with xylene-induced ear swelling,mouse capillary permeability,rat cotton granuloma and egg white,histamine and carrageenan-induced rat toe swelling test.Aspirin was used as a positive control to observe JSTF Inflammation of the inhibition.(2)To observe the analgesic effect of JSTF by glacial acetic acid-induced writhing,hot plate and formaldehyde-induced pain in mice.(3)The effects of JSTF on nonspecific and specific humoral immune function were observed by carbon clearance and serum hemolysin assay.Results: The results showed that JSTF inhibited the inflammation by inhibiting the capillary permeability and xylene-induced swelling.The inhibitory rate of JSFT was 53.49% and 51.78% in all doses(500,250,125mg/kg).In the experiment of carrageenan-induced swelling of the toes of rats,except for the first time period,the rats in model group and low dose group of Xinjiang Sabina were not statistically significant,but the other groups.In the experiment of granuloma caused by cotton balls,JSTF low,middle and high dose group(125,250,500 mg / kg)and aspirin group(200 mg / kg)had obvious inhibitory effect,and compared with the model group was statistically significant(P <0.05).The inhibition rates were 15.38%,18.48%,22.02% and 43.11%,respectively.The analgesic effect of JSTF Acetic acid-induced writhing,hot-plate method and formalin-induced pain,To observe the analgesic effect of JSTF.The results showed that the JSTF can significantly reduce the number of writhing reaction induced by acetic acid(P <0.01)and prolong the pain threshold(P<0.01,P<0.05),JSTF inhibit the first and second phase response(P <0.01,P<0.05)。Positive control group only inhibited the second phase reaction,the first phase failed to inhibit the time spent in mice after the sweet hind legs,compared with the model group was not statistically significant.We are using carbon clearance experiment to study the JSTF normal and immunocompromised mice nonspecific immunity function,The specific humoral immune function of JSTF was studied by serum hemolysin assay.JSTF could increase the clearance index(K)of the immunocompromised mice,especially the 500 mg / kg dose could significantly increase the clearance index(P<0.01),compared with the model group,the JSTF dose groups could also increase the serum hemolysin production in the immunocompromised mice.(P<0.05).Conclusion: The results indicated that JSTF has obvious anti-inflammatory,analgesic and immunoregulatory effects. |
