Clinical Study On Traditional Chinese Medicine Interference Of Kidney Deficiency Blood Stasis Type Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Of Adolescence

Objective:Clinical research on intervention by traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical symptoms,sex hormone levels and glucose metabolism targets,number of follicles in ultra-sound examination,and weight index of Kidney Deficiency Blood Stasis Type PCOS of Adolescence before and after the interference have been observed.The advantages of taking Diane-35 combined with TCM for the treatment of this disease have been clarified.These have provided clinical evidence for treating Kidney Deficiency Blood Stasis Type PCOS of Adolescence with the method of combining western and Chinese medicine.Methods:Choose the patients who have been diagnosed with Kidney Deficiency Blood Stasis Type PCOS of Adolescence during the period from December,2014 to December,2016.Choose 80 cases which fit the requirements of this experiment and randomly divide them into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases for each group.For the treatment group,the patients were given the treatment of “kidney-tonifying and stasis-removal menstruation-regulating soup + Diane-35”;for the control group,the patients were required to orally take Diane-35,Observe the clinical effects of the two groups after the treatment of three months and evaluate the safety of the medicine.Results:1.The two groups can improve the menstrual status and other clinical symptoms.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of TCM(P<0.05),2.LH,LH/FSH and T in peripheral blood of two groups had statistical significance before and after treatment(P<0.05),Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Two groups of serum E2,FSH,there is no significant difference between the two groups;3.Two groups of serum E2,FSH and FPG,FINS treatment,there is no significant difference between the two groups;4.The two groups of BMI index and acne score before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.The number of bilateral follicles decreased in the two groups,but the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine “kidney-tonifying stasis-removal menstruation-regulating soup” and “Diane-35” therapy can improve clinical symptoms of TCM,Adjust the endocrine status and reduce the number of follicles It is indicated that the method of combining western and Chinese medicine witnesses better clinical effects for PCOS of Adolescence.
