Objective : To observe the sleep EEG features of patients with leukoaraiosis associated with cerebral depression, leukoaraiosis and depression of leukoaraiosis in patients with sleep disorders screening for depression is helpful to explore the theoretical basis of diagnosis and depression to improve depressive symptoms by improving the sleep patterns of leukoaraiosis patients with depression of the brain. Methods:A retrospective analysis from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital 58 patients with depression,5cases of incomplete data were excluded, including 53 cases of depression, the depression patients in 32 cases;21 cases of depression in patients with leukoaraiosis patients, also from the hospital medical staff in screen out simple brain 20 cases of leukoaraiosis patients and normal physical examination without leukoaraiosis in 20 cases. The selected random group were general physical examination, neurological examination and brain MRI examination and application of 24 item Hamilton depression scale,Hamilton anxiety scale, mini mental state scale;and multi-channel sleep EEG monitoring on sleep index for statistical analysis. Results:Depression in patients with leukoaraiosis group total sleep time(TST),sleep latency(SL),REM sleep latency(REMSL),the number of awakening(NW),sleep efficiency(SE),stage 1 sleep percentage(S1%),stage 2 sleep percentage(S2%)and slow wave sleep percentage(SWS%)than pure depression group, leukoaraiosis group and normal group changed significantly(P<0.01);pure depression group and leukoaraiosis group respectively compared with normal group, the index has statistical significance(P<0.01);and the pure depression group and leukoaraiosis group no significant differences in the comparison index(P>0.05).Conclusion :(1)Sleep EEG changes in patients with depression, leukoaraiosis and depression combined with LA.(2)Compared with normal people, depression, depression and osteoporosis patients with simple brain white matter with leukoaraiosis patients total sleep time(TST),reduced sleeplatency(SL),REM prolonged sleep latency(RL),shorten the sleep wake times(NW)increased, decreased sleep efficiency(SE),S1,S2 and SWS phase increased stage decreased;depression in patients with leukoaraiosis patients sleep parameters changed more significantly;but there was no difference in effects on sleep EEG between depression and leukoaraiosis patients.(3)Screening for depression in patients with sleep disorders with leukoaraiosis may contribute to the diagnosis of depression.
