Application Of Narcotrend Monitor In Fast Track Anesthesia Of Radical Operation Of Thyroid Carcinoma

Objective: To observe the application of Narcotrend monitor in fast track anesthesia of radical operation of thyroid carcinoma.Methods: 100 cases undergoing radical operation of thyroid carcinoma under general anesthesia, male 32 cases, female 68 cases, ASAI or II, were randomly divided into Narcotrend monitor group(group N) and control group(group C), 50 cases in each group. Group N was given anesthetic according to NT index, while group C was given anesthetic according to hemodynamic parameters.Record NT classification(NTS) and NT index(NTI) of burglary, before intubation, skin incision, exploration, and at the end of surgery, postoperative to eyes, extubation and orientation recovery; record mean arterial pressure(MAP), heart rate(HR) and pulse oxygen saturation(Sp O2); recorded narcotic drugs in total, extubation time, success rate of fast track anesthesia and postoperative adverse reactions(Intraoperative awareness, postoperative nausea and vomiting, and postoperative agitation.Results:Compared with group C, the amount of narcotic sedatives(propofol) of group N was significantly reduced(p <0.05), two groups of muscle relaxants and remifentanil dosage had no significant difference(p>0.05), group N significantly shorten the extubation time(p<0.05), fast-track anesthesia success rate was significantly higher than group C(p<0.05), the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting was significantly reduced(p<0.05), the incidence of postoperative agitation had no significant difference(p>0.05). Patients of two groups had no intraoperative awareness.Conclusion: Narcotrend monitor used in radical operation of thyroid carcinoma under general anesthesia, can accurately reflect the depth of anesthesia, reduce the dosage of anesthesia sedative(propofol), shorten the recovery process, improve the success rate of fast track anesthesia.
