Objesctive: Using structural equation model to analyze the direct way and indirect way that psychological pressure on blood pressure and biochemical indicators.Methods: We randomized outpatients,inpatients and healthy people during the year from January 2015 to March 2017 in the fifth affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medicine University as research objects,according to the diagnosis standard of essential hypertension and the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 600 participants,complete the basic clinical data such as height,weight,body mass index,age,gender,blood pressure and biochemical indicators.And complete Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS).We divide them into four groups: high psychological pressure hypertension group(HPPH,n=150),low psychological pressure hypertension group(LPPH,n=150),high psychological pressure control group(HPPC,n=150)and low psychological pressure control group(LPPC,n=150).Then we analyse the basic clinical data and biochemical indicators in appropriate statiscal methods.In addition,Structural equation modeling was applied to test the psychological pressure influence on blood pressure.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Using Amos21.0 statistical analysis software for structural equation model.Results:(1)Results of variance analysis show that: The level of SBP,DBP,TC,TG,LDL-C,Ang ?,ALD and Hcy of HPPH group is higher than that of the other groups.The level of SBP,DBP,TC,TG,LDL-C,Ang ?,ALD and Hcy of LPPH group is higer than that of HPPC and LPPC groups.The level of SBP,DBP,TC,TG,LDL-C,Ang ?,ALD and of HPPC group is higer than that of LPPC group.While the HDL-C level is the opposite.Differences are statistically significant.(2)Results of structural equation model analysis show that:psychological pressure have Significantly effects on SBP,DBP,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Ang?,ALD and Hcy(P<0.05),psychological pressure have positive relationship with SBP,DBP,TC,TG,HDL-C,Ang ?,ALD,Hcy(P<0.05),and have negative relationship with HDL-C.Ang ? have Significantly effects on SBP,DBP,TC,TG,LDL-C HDL-C(P<0.05),it has positive relationship with SBP,DBP,TC,TG,ALD(P<0.05),and has negative relationship with HDL-C(P<0.05).ALD have Significantly effects on SBP,DBP,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C(P<0.05),it has positive relationship with SBP,DBP,TC,TG,LDL-C(P<0.05),and has negative relationship with HDL-C(P<0.05).SBP and DBP have effects on TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and Hcy(P<0.05),has positive relationship with TC,TG,LDL-C(P<0.05),and has negative relationship with HDL-C(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Psychological pressure makes patients with essential hepertension blood pressure(SBP,DBP)levels elevated,the greater the psychological pressure,the higher the blood pressure.2 Psychological pressure makes patients with essential hepertension blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C)and Hcy levels elevated,and reduce the level of HDL-C,the greater the psychological pressure,the higher levels of blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C)and Hcy levels,and the lower level of HDL-C.3 Psychological pressure makes patients with essential hepertension Ang? and ALD levels elevated,indirectly lead to blood pressure and blood lipids levels increase,the greater the psychological pressure,the higher level of the Ang? and ALD,and the higher blood pressure and blood lipids levels.4 Blood pressure make lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C)and Hcy levels elevated,and reduce the level of HDL-C;The higher the blood pressure,the higher the level TC,TG,LDL-C and Hcy,and the lower the level of HDL-C.
