| Objective: To investigate the TCM constitution characteristics of health education on patients with diabetes metabolic control function based on the discussion of the feasibility and effectiveness of the intervention,obtain the physique to enhance diabetic patients improve metabolic indexes of evidence,provide an objective basis for health management of diabetes.Methods: from July 2016 to December 2016,in line with the Department of Endocrinology,the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang University hospital,141 patients with type 2 diabetes included in the standard case,the willingness of the health education in accordance with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into treatment group and control group,in accordance with the requirements of the management of type 2 diabetes current national guidelines for the control group,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of physical identification results of TCM health education and individualized medicine nursed back to health and health guidance before intervention,3 months after the detection of glycosylated hemoglobin,with 25 hydroxyvitamin D and blood lipid.Results: the TCM type of constitution distribution in two groups: phlegm,yin deficiency,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,gentleness,blood stasis and damp heat,qi stagnation,the intrinsic quality of the proportion was 38.57%,17.14%,14.29%,10%,5.71%,5.71%,4.29%,2.86%.1.43%;the first 5 main body types are: phlegm,yin deficiency,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,gentleness.Compared with the control group,the reduction of glycosylated in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < O.01).The 25 hydroxy vitamin D in the treatment group and the control group were higher than before,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > O.05).Conclusion: the health education of TCM Constitution identification characteristics than the conventional education group based on diabetes can be controlled effectively,worthy of further study of the main physical diabetic patients divided into phlegm,yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and blood stasis. |
