Objective:To Observation Cross-linked N-telopeptide of type 1 collagen?Bone Gla protein ? estradiol ? bone mineral density in postmenopausal loose bone disease,,in postmenopausal patients with non loose bone diseae patients and the differences between the childbearing age women.And study xinjiang region of Uyghur and Han osteoporotic post--menopausal women in Cross-linked N-telopeptide of type 1 collagen ?Bone Gla protein?estradiol?bone mineral density with TCM syndrome differentiation.Methods:As measured by the BMD of dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(dexa)as a result,the selection of postmenopausal osteoporosis(bone loss)of 100 cases,d han,50 cases of osteoporosis after menopause(not loose bone group)and bone mineral density in their reproductie normal women(control group),20 cases each.Patients clinical symptoms and signs,based on national standards of the People's Republic of China on the basis of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine terminology symptoms part,in the domestic Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis based on the literature review,with reference to the scholars,adopt the method of independent basic syndromes of TCM diagnosis,will be included in the 100 patients with.Results:(1)the bone loose,loose bone group NTx in serum osteocalcin and urine levels were significantly higher than that of control group,had significant difference(P<0.05);Estradiol value is significantly higher than normal control group bone loose,loose bone group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)the main syndrome of postmenopausal women osteoporosis of lumbar debility or pain,dizziness,tinnitus,five upset hot,night sweats,zygomatic red,red tongue less moss,pulse count,etc.(3)in postmenopausal women osteoporosis there are four common TCM syndrome type distribution,most of them are: the kidney and blood stasis type,followed by: liver-kidney Yin deficiency,spleen and kidney empty,kidney essence deficiency.(4)PMOP TCM syndrome type and osteocalcin,estradiol,urine NTx,no significant correlation betweenbone mineral density values.Conclusion: the occurrence of PMOP is a slow and gradual process,clinical go up to BMD measurements as a standard of diagnosis of osteoporosis,which can determine treatment effect and predict the risk of bone fractures.But BMD measured values change slowly,and time required is longer than the other.Bone metabolism and biochemical examination can find early bone metabolic abnormalities,thus has important value in the early diagnosis of OP.In the OP treatment monitoring,early bone metabolic biochemical index after treatment can change,the doctor can guide and regulate drug,according to the change so the biochemical indicators of detection for osteoporosis drug curative effect judgment and guidance also plays an important role.In clinical,BMD and bone metabolic biochemical indicators of inspection,the combination of help to judge the state of bone metabolism and bone of the fast update rate,early diagnosis,classification of osteoporosis treatment and observation results have the important guiding significance.
