Tian Xiang Dan Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tianxiang Dan combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and to explore its mechanism of treatment of stable angina pectoris,so as to provide the clinical basis for the treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods: Fifty-two patients with stable angina pectoris and angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,36 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group was given Tianxiang Dan combined with conventional Western medicine treatment,for 4 weeks for a course of treatment.To observe the clinical efficacy,TCM syndromes,blood lipid levels,electrocardiogram,nitroglycerin stopping rate and exercise plate test in the two groups before and after treatment,and to compare the number of episodes of angina pectoris,the duration and duration of the onset of angina before and after treatment.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of all data,P <0.05 was statistically significant.Results: Treatment group total effective rate for patients with angina pectoris was 91.67%,compared with significant difference(P < 0.05);In TCM symptoms,interphase anginal attack,attack,and the improvement of the duration,the treatment group is better than that of control group(P <0.05);Electrocardiogram(ecg),blood lipid and the improvement of the total score of syndromes,the treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate,the treatment group is obviously better than that of control group(P < 0.05).The control group and treatment group could improve athletic flat test results,but the treatment group is better than the control group.Two groups of patients before and after medication routine blood and kidney function test are no exception.Conclusion: Tianxiang Dan combined with conventional Western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina is safe and reliable,with good therapeutic effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the patient's blood lipid levels,ECG performance and so play a certain impact.Tianxiang Dan can make the coronary coronary artery to expand in order to increase the blood flow of coronary heart,while preventing platelet aggregation,anti-atherosclerosis,worthy of clinical treatment of stable angina in-depth study.
