Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Pregnancy Cough With Journal Of Traditional Chinese Medidine

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the patients with the cough of Yin deficiency and dryness by self-made Feifei cough soup.The experience of treating the disease was shared with the peers.Methods:Collected from February 20 to February 2017 in Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of the first gynecological clinic treatment in line with the study of the diagnosis and inclusion criteria of pregnancy cough patients in 30 cases of clinical observation.Patients after the group according to individual differences in syndrome differentiation,group prescription,were observed in patients with treatment were 2 weeks.(Including the main disease,secondary disease,total score);statistics of patients after 2 weeks of clinical cough efficacy,and other symptoms of Chinese medicine to improve the efficacy of Chinese medicine.Results:1.The total effective rate was 90.00%,among which the cure rate was 10%,the effective rate was 50.00%and the effective rate was 30.00%.2.The analysis of the total score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment was statistically analyzed by nonparametric test(Wilcoxon rank test)between the two groups.P = 0.000<0.01,the symptom score was significantly different before and after treatment,and the symptoms Points were significantly higher than the symptom score after treatment,with statistical significance.3.(Wilcoxon rank test),the symptoms of P<0.01,statistically significant,indicating that before and after treatment of the two groups of related samples of nonparametric test analysis(Wilcoxon rank test),the symptoms of P<0.01,statistically significant There were significant differences in syndrome scores,and the symptom scores before treatment were significantly higher than the symptom scores after treatment.Conclusion:1.Self-induced lung cough soup in reducing the main symptoms of patients in the group at the same time,also have a better control of secondary disease.2.The treatment of the disease,knowledge of disease,identify the disease,combined with cough and tocolysis both Dafa,in the election side medication,should pay attention to a drug with,with the disease addition and subtraction.3.Self-made Feixu cough decoction in the treatment of yin deficiency and bloody pregnancy cough clinical efficacy is remarkable,it is worth in clinical application.
