Using SPSS19.0 software to analysis drugs the cluster relations,to summarize the disease location, the nature of disease, the principle of treatment and the common pattern of syndrome and prescription and to explore the medicine rules for this disease.Conclusion:1. We can know the core medicine of treatment for pregnancy cough of Professor YaoMeiyu by drugs frequency analysis. it has nine Chinese traditional medicines which costs of platycodon grandiflorum, dodder, mulberry parasitism, radix paeoniae alba, radix ophiopogonis, radix dipsaci, angelica, radix scutellariae and zhejiang fritillary bulb. The basic formula of the treatment for pregnancy cough is the life of fetal pill in fritillaria snakegourd fruit powder or lily solid jintang. In this study, most of the internal injury cough belong to lung Yin deficiency syndrome.The highest using frequency of the property of a medicine commonly used mostly belongs to cold medicines that reflects most of the cough from pregnancy belong to heat syndrome; The highest using frequency of the nature of herbal medicine commonly used mostly belongs to bitter, Gan, Xin Ku more, which reflects the treatment of pregnancy cough is mainly clearing heat, tonic and relieving exterior syndrome. The highest using frequency of the drug tropism commonly used mostly belongs to the lung and is closely related to the liver, spleen and kidney.3.
