The Clinical Observation Of Qingre Jiedu Fuzheng Decoction On AECOPD (Phlegm-heat Obstructing In The Lung And Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin)

Objective : To observe the clinical effect of qingre jiedu fuzheng Decoction on AECOPD(phlegm-heat obstructing in the lung and deficiency of both qi and yin),to improve the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine and the influence on serum SAA.Methods:72 patients of AECOPD who met the inclusion criteria wer e randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The basic situation of the two groups of patients had no significant difference such as age,gender,disease duration.Eligible patients were 62 case finally,31 cases in the control group,31 cases in the treatment group.The control group was given routine treatment of western medicine,the treatment group on the basis of western medicine,at the same time with Qingre Jiedu Fuzheng Decoction,one dose daily,the observed course of treatment was 14 days.To record the clinical observed indicators in every particular before and after treatment,Finally,the results were analyzed by using statistical methods.Results:(1)The excellence rate in control group was 35.48%,the total effective rate in control group was 83.87,The excellence rate of the treatment group was 70.97%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.32 %,The curative effect of the treatment group was distinct better than control group.(2)The two groups of bo th treatment could improve the total scores of TCM Syndrome(P < 0.01),but the treatment group was distinct batter than the control group in improvement the total scores of TCM Syndrome(P < 0.01).(3)There were significant difference in the improvement of cough,expectoration,wheezing,shortness of breath,pulmonary rales, fever,thirst for cold drinks in the control group(P<0.01).There were no significant difference in the improvement of Spontaneous sweating,fatigue,night sweat,move bowels dry,feverish palms and soles,xerostomia in the control group(P>0.05).The treatment group could improvement all the above syndromes of TCM such as cough,expectoration,wheezing,shortness of breath,pulmonary rales,fever,thirst for cold drinks,Spontaneous sweating,fatigue,night sweat,move bowels dry,feverish palms and soles and xerostomia(P<0.01),and the effect was better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)Both of two groups could improve the serum CRP and SAA concentration effectively(P<0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing serum CRP and SAA concentration(P < 0.05).(5)Two groups of patients with pulmonary function were significantly improved than before treatmen t(P < 0.01),After treatment in two groups,FEV1,FVC,FEV1% showed sig-nificant differences(P<0.05),FEV1/FVC(%)was not statistically sig-nificant difference(P>0.05).(6)The WBC count,Neut %and LYM % of the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,there was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group in WBC count,neut% and LYM%(P>0.05).(7)No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:The Qingre Jiedu Fuzheng decoction has a positive effect and safety on AECOPD(phlegm-heat obstructing in the lung and deficiency of both qi and yin).This decoction could reduce the serum SAA and CRP levels of patients effectively,Especially for patients ' cough,wheezing,Spontaneous sweating,fatigue,night sweat and other symptoms have a significant effect.The Qingre Jiedu Fuzheng decoction could improve the efficiency of clinical treatment and has high clinical application value.
