Sang Xing Cough Particles In The Treatment Of Children With CVA Attack Stage Of Clinical Research Of Dryness Invading Lung Type

Objective: This study aimed to observe the Sang Xing cough particles in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma(CVA)attack clinical curative effect of dryness invading lung,the objective of its effectiveness,real evaluation,in order to provide a basis for clinical application of this drug,to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of CVA in children.Methods: 72 children were included in the study,use digital random grouping method divided into Sang Xing cough granule treatment group and Budesonide Aerosol control group,12 cases were excluded in the study.Finally,30 cases were effective in each group.According to the comparison before and after treatment between groups,comprehensive evaluate clinical efficacy of Sang Xing cough particles.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,the control group was 76.67%,compared with P < 0.05,there were statistical difference,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group;2.The two groups before and after treatment to improve the frequency of cough,the property of cough,the degree of cough,expectoration,dry nose,dry lips,dry throat,poor diet,dry stool comparison,P < 0.05,there were statistical differences,indicating that the two groups were effective in the treatment of CVA;3.The two groups after treatment in improving dry throat,poor diet,dry stool,P< 0.01,there is a significant difference,the treatment group in improving the effect of the three was better than the control group;4.The improvement of expectoration in two groups after treatment,P > 0.05,no statistical difference,the results showed that the two groups of treatment are considerable;5.The control group after the treatment of throat,poor diet and integral compared to before treatment,integral doesn't drop,instead increase,P<0.05,with statistical difference,the control group showed no obvious improvement in the throat,poor diet;6.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of 60 cases.Conclusion: According to the clinical observation on the treatment of children with CVA attack of dryness evil invading the lung type by the method of Sang Xing cough particles,the effect of the treatment of infantile cough and asthma in children with CVA syndrome was confirmed,is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
