Study On The Constitution Of Children With Cough Variant Asthma

Objective:To explore the characteristics and regularity of TCM in children with cough variant asthma in Kunming area.Methods:Using Wang Qi 's "Chinese medicine constitution classification and determination criteria" 9 points of the physical standards,from January 1,2016 to January 1,2017 in Yunnan Province,Chinese medicine hospital cough variant asthma children were investigated.The physical examination was carried out by questionnaire,and the statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the physical types of children with cough variant asthma in Kunming.Results:(1)There were 41 cases(31.5%)in the children with CVA,28 cases(21.5%)with special temperament,17 cases(13.1%)in the partial constitution,2 cases of qi deficiency(1.5%),3 cases(0.75%)of stasis and 2cases of qi stagnation(1.5%),5 cases(3.8%)of yang deficiency,4 cases(3.1%)of yin deficiency,(52.9%),special syndromes and phlegm in 5 cases(3.8%).Among the normal children,there were 56 cases(50.9),24 cases(21.8),9 cases(8.2)(0.8%),1 case of yin deficiency(0.9%),1 case(0.9%)with damp heat,4 cases(3.6%)with special temperament and phlegm.Above the CVA children and normal children of peace,special intrinsic,phlegm and wet quality were ranked the top three;(2)(2)Among the children with CVA,41 cases(31.5%)were flat,and 13 cases(10.0%)were mediocre,and 9 cases(6.9%)were moderate and phlegm-dampness,6.9% 67 cases(51.5%)were normal,and 56 cases(50.9%)were mild in normal children,8cases(7.3%)were mediator,5 cases(4.6%)were moderate and phlegm-The number of patients in the two groups was statistically significant,p = 0.002<0.05,the rest of the p> 0.05,no statistically significant.(3)CVA children,simple and peaceful,moderate quality and special temperament,moderate quality and phlegm and wetness were 63 cases,we were 63 cases of children with moderate quality score,the median score of 65.625,25th62.500,75 th is65.625.While the median score of 69 cases of normal children 78.125,25 th to 78.125,75 th was 90.625.From the above part of the view,the median,25 th,75th of the value of normal children scores were higher than CVA children.And the difference between the two independent samples was statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusion : 1 CVA children in Kunming area and normal children have similar physical types,the top three were purely moderate,special temperament and phlegm.2 The number of patients with mild asthma was lower than that of normal children,the difference was statistically significant.3.CVA children with the quality of normal and normal children with the difference between the quality score,with a significant statistical significance.
