The Doctor Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma In Children With Pulmonary Function

Objective:observation treatment based on TCM installment CVA children with lung function changes before and after the treatment,discusses the mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of children with CVA.Method:60cases of children CVA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group,the treatment group uses the treatment based on TCM stages(episodes with lung phlegm drink warm,remission for the use of strengthing lung and spleen drink) treatment,the treatment course of3months,westem medicine treatment(to meng controls Lu Sisodium treatment for3months,episodes plus aminophylline). Respectively before and after treatment in lung function.Results:1.Disease curative effect in treatment group total effctiveness96.67%,control group total effectiveness93.33%,there was no statistically significant difference in two groups(P>0.05),two groups of disease treatment.2.The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect in treatment group total effectiveness96.67%,control group total effective rate86.67%,two groups had significant difference statistically significant(P>0.01),the treatment group is superior to the control group.3.Pulumonary function index in treatment group compared to control group aftertreatment there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),which reflect the features of atmonspheric index(FVC,FEV1,FVE1/FVC,PEF)in the two groups before and after treatment comparison, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),reflecting the small airway function index (FEF25,FEF50,,FEF75), dif-ferences between the two groups before and after treatment compared with significant differernce(P>0.01)Conclusions:Treatment based on TCM installment CVA group and western medicine treatment on disease curative effect quite;on TCM symptoms curative effect is superion to western medicine group;CVA is mainly small airway dysfunction,both groups to improve the function of small airway disorders.
