Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Intraobital Three Acupoints In The Treatment Of Lateral Rectus Paralysis

Object:Through the observation of acupuncture three points inside the eyes and traditional acupuncture for the treatment of lateral rectus paralysis(LRP)curative effect comparison,to seek the clinical effective treatment plan of LR paralysis.Methods:40 patients met the inclusion criteria of LRP were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group was 20 cases treated with orbital three-acupuncture acupuncture three points inside the eyes,the control group was 20 cases treated with traditional acupuncture.The treatment group were treated with acupuncture three points inside the eyes,the control group treated with traditional acupuncture.Treatment of 1 times daily,30 minutes each time,6 days for 1 course of treatment,statistics effect after 4 courses.Each group of patients before and after treatment were evaluated with ophthalmoplegia index(OPI),after treatment were evaluated with ophthalmoplegia recover index(OPRI).The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results:Two groups of patients with ophthalmoplegia index results by independent t test before treatment,the treatment group and the control group does not have differences,P>0.05;the paired t test,the treatment group before and after the treatment of ophthalmoplegia index had significant difference,P<0.01;the paired t test,the control group before and after treatment ophthalmoplegia index has a significant difference,P<0.01;the paired t test,the treatment group and the control group after treatment compared with ophthalmoplegia index difference,P<0.05,and the treatment group than the control group.After treatment,the recovery index of ophthalmoplegia in the two groups showed that the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant,T<0.01,and the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,and that of the control group was 70%.After the Ridit test,the difference between the two groups was different,P<0.05,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture intraorbital three acupoints and traditional acupuncture both can improve the patients' LR paralysis symptoms.Acupuncture intraorbital three acupoints is superior to traditional acupuncture at the treatment of LR paralysis.
