The Treatment Effect And Anti-inflammatory Mechanism Of Zhizhu Lianxia Decoction Of Chronic Gastritis

Objective:To investigate the treatment effect and anti-inflammatory mechanism of Zhizhu Lianxia Decoction of CG rats by pharmacodynamics,inflammatory and analgesic experiment research,and provide experimental data support for its clinical application.Methods:1.SD rats are randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,the Zhizhu Lianxia Decoction high-dose group,the Zhizhu Lianxia Decoction low-dose group and positive drug(Weiyankang Capsules)group,10 rats in each group.Establishing CG model by combining chemical synthesis modeling method with irregular diet in each group(except the blank group).on this basis,we establish model.The treatment for rats takes 2 weeks.We Observe the changes of general state,measure gastric pH and pepsin vitality,obsere gastric histological changes,and measure the values of COX-2 and PGE2 in serum in each group after administration.2.To conduct anti-inflammatory and analgesic experiment of Zhizhu Lianxia Decoction in mice with the method of xylene pro inflammatory,acetic acid writhing and hot plate,Results:1.Zhizhu Lianxia Decoction improved the symptoms of gastritis and CG rats by improving thegeneral state,histopathological changes,enhancing the vitality of pepsin and reducing gastric pH.2.Zhizhu Lianxia Decoction increased the pain threshold in mice and reduced inflammation in mice significantly.3.Zhizhu Lianxia Decoctionexerted anti-inflammatory effects by reducing the activity of COX-2 and lowering PGE2 levels in serum.Conclusions:Under this experimental conditions,Zhizhu Lianxia Decoction has an effective therapeutic effect on gastritis and CG rats,and it has certain anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.Its anti-inflammatory effect may be related with the reducing of COX-2,PGE2 levels in serum.
