PurposeThrough the Meta-analysis about the Relation of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura with the mycoplasma pneumoniae, streptococcus pyogenes and helicobacter pylori provides evidence to support the clinical work.Research methodsWe search the Pub Med,the Medline, the Embase foreign language database, the Wanfang database, the CBM and the VIP and other Chinese database. All database's retrieval time is from the construction time to the end of 2016.Following the principle of Randomized control of the case, developing the criteria for inclusion and exclusion of the literature filter the literature and extract the information. This study is counting data,it uses Rev Man5.2software and Sata12.0 software for meta-analysis and the OR value and it's 95% CI were used as the analysis statistic.Through its heterogeneity detection to determine the corresponding random effects model,Incorporation of OR and its 95% CI was subjected to statistical tests of the overall effect of Z test.Use the P data of the Z test to have a determine. The result is P<0.05.It means that, the OR consolidated Statistics from a number of studies for this risk factor have statistical significance.Estimation of publication bias: It can through the funnel map to identify the description and identification from(OR)size of each study and sample content for publication bias.Sensitivity analysis: The stability of the results was tested by changing the effect model.Result(1)Discussion on meta-analysis of the correlation between Mycoplasma infection and Henoch-Schonlein purpuraIts are eventually included in teight articles, consolidated OR datas and 95% CI are 9.60[4.70,19.59],the total effect of the test result is Z = 6.49(P<0.00001),P<0.05.It has the statistical significance. It suggest that mycoplasma infection and allergic purpura are closelyrelated.Give it the fixed effect model for merging analysis, whether mycoplasma infection and allergic purpura rash is repeated. The consolidated OR datas and 95% CI are 0.21 [0.11,0.40],the total effect of the test result is Z = 4.62(P<0.00001).This shows that mycoplasma infection and purpura repeated HSP more closely.(2)Discussion on meta-analysis of the correlation between Streptococcus pyogenes and Henoch-Schonlein purpuraIts are eventually included in ten articles.According to heterogeneity test choose the fixed effect model analysis, consolidated OR datas and 95% CI are 5.81 [3.91,8.64],the total effect of the test result is Z = 8.69(P<0.00001),P<0.05.It has the statistical significance. It suggest that the infection of the streptococcus pyogenes and allergic purpura are closely related.Give non-HSP and HSPN the fixed effect model for merging analysis and choose the random effect model for merging analysis, consolidated OR datas and 95% CI are2.41 [0.88,6.60],the total effect of the test result is Z = 1.71(P=0.09).This suggests that the association of pyogenic streptococcus and the infection with HSPN haven't statistically significant.(3)Discussion on meta-analysis of the correlation between Helicobacter pylori and Henoch-Schonlein purpuraIts are eventually included in twenty one articles. All are high quality literature.According to heterogeneity test choose the fixed effect model analysis, consolidated OR datas and 95% CI are 3.18 [2.72,3.71],the total effect of the test result is Z = 14.55(P<0.00001).It has the statistical significance.Z = 6.49(P<0.00001),P<0.05,it has the statistical significance.Give the Abdominal hypersensitivity purpura and the Non-abdominal hypersensitivity purpura the random effect model for merging analysis, consolidated OR datas are 3.63 [2.19,6.02],the total effect of the test result is Z = 5.00(P<0.00001).It has the statistical significance.Conclusion(1)The infection of the Mycoplasma pneumoniae is closely related to the allergic purpura, especially in children with repeated rash.(2)The Streptococcus pyogenes is closely related to the allergic purpura, but it have no relevance to the occurrence and the development of the HSPN.(3)The Helicobacter pylori is closely related to the allergic purpura, especially in the abdominal Henoch-Schonlein Purpura.
