Effects Of Acupuncture Combined With Medicine On The Expression Of TGF-?1,Vegf,MMP-2 In The Uterine Tissue Of PID Sequelae Rat Model

Objective:1.To investigate the therapeutic advantages of acupuncture combined with drugs on SPID rats and to observe the TGF-?1,VEGF,MMP-2 expression changes of uterus tissue in rat.2.From "Zheng Xu Xie Lian" theory to discusses the pathogenesis of SPID,and the use of TGF?1,VEGF,MMP-2 index to evaluate the curative effect of modern medicine.Methods:1.Using the method of mechanical damage and mixed bacteria + sleep intervention method to establish "Zheng Xu Xie Lian" SPID model,building the 10,14,21 days after view the pathological changes of pelvic organizations.2.Divided SPID rat model into 5 groups.including model group,the combination of acupuncture with medicine group,acupuncture group,Dan Huang Qu Yu and Pen Shu Yin group,and give the different treatment groups the corresponding treatment methods for two weeks.3.Two weeks after treatment,took the diffirent groups' endometrium,to observe the pathomorphism features.Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of TGF-?1?VEGF and MMP-2.Results:1.The SPID model was established by mechanical injury and mixed bacteria injection into uterus,and the uterus tissue of rats was manifested as the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease in the fourteenth days after modeling.2.After treatment intervention,the expression of MMP-2?TGF-?1?VEGF in the different treatment were lower in the model group.3.The combination of acupuncture with medicine group have the relative obvious advantages in the treatment of the disease.Conclusion:1."Zheng Xu Xie Lian" is core mechanism of SPID through experimental and theoretical reasearches.2.MMP-2?TGF-?1?VEGF take part in the changes of pathological of SPID Model.The treatment group can obviously reduce the expression of MMP-2?TGFP-?1?VEGF of uterus tissue in rat uterus model group,and to relieve the pelvic tissue fibrosis and adhesion.3.The role of combination of acupuncture with medicine on different treatment group effect obviously,can significantly reduce the MMP-2?TGF-?1?VEGF in the model group uterus tissue,and it has certain guiding significance for the clinical treatment.
