Objective:Under the guidance of Professor teacher's thought of "He Chang" and "collaterals" theory,by regulating qi and blood, removing blood stasis and clearing up collaterals as the treatment method, internal treatment with tiao-qi-he-xue-tong-luo soup, external treatment by means of abdomen needle, the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae, and observe its clinical curative effect, sum up the experiences of mentor and and provide theoretical basis for collaterals theory to treat the disease. Methods: The 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(tiao-qi-he-xue-tong-luo soup + abdominal acupuncture)and the control group(xue-fu-zhu-yu capsule).Results:1.Comparison of TCM symptom improvement:(1)Comparison of main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: the treatment group and the control group have significant effect on the improvement of the main symptoms such as abdominal distention or tingling, pain fixation, lumbosacral pain, aggravation after tiredness and abnormality under the belt(P < 0.05),and the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).(2)Comparison of concurrent symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: the treatment group and the control group had significant effects on improving the chest and flank or breast swelling pain, increasing abdominal pain after treatment, dark or blood clots after treatment, emotional depression or irritability, fullness of abdominal distention and other concurrent symptoms(P < 0.05).The effect of the treatment group was betterthan that of the control group(P < 0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of improvement of local signs: The treatment group had significant effect on improving the abnormal signs of uterus, left adnexa, right adnexa and uterosacral ligament(P < 0.05).The control group had significant effect on improving the abnormal signs of uterus and uterosacral ligament(P < 0.05),but no significant effect on improving the abnormal signs of left and right appendages(P > 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical signs of uterus, left appendix and right appendix(P < 0.05),while the treatment group was equivalent to the control group in improving the signs of uterosacral ligament(P > 0.05).3.Comparison of auxiliary examination indexes: both the treatment group and the control group had significant effects on B ultrasonic and leucorrhea routine(P < 0.05),and the treatment group had better effects on B ultrasonic and leucorrhea routine than the control group(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of pelvic pain scores: the treatment group and the control group had a significant effect on the improvement of reducing pelvic pain(P < 0.05),and the treatment group had a better effect than the control group(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect: in the treatment group,9 cases were cured,13 cases were significantly effective,5 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective, shows a total effective rate of 87.10%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,7 cases were significantly effective,12 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 70.10%.The comprehensive curative effect of the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the comprehensive curative effect.6.Comparison of recurrence rate: 3 months after the end of treatment, according to the follow-up records of the recurrence rate of the two groups show that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 7.14%,while that of the control group was 40.74%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Under the guidance of the theory of collaterals and professor Li-Juan Jiang Under the guidance of the theory of collaterals and professor Li-Juan Jiang thought of "he chang",the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with tiao-qi-he-xue-tong-luo soup combined with abdominal acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms, signs and auxiliary examinations of traditional Chinese medicine, and significantly relieve the pelvic pain of patients.2.The tutor harmonizes the body by regulating qi and blood,zang-fu organs, channels and collaterals,Yin and Yang, and will, etc.,so as to reduce the recurrence rate of patients.3.The therapeutic effect of Tiaoqi and xuetongluo decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease is feasible, and there is no adverse reaction. It shows that under the guidance of the theory of collaterals and the thought of "Hechang",the idea of treating SPID with acupuncture and Chinese medicine is feasible, which is worth popularizing and applying.
