A Clinical Study Of Qigui Yimailing In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Patient With Depression State

Objective:This study is to observe the effects of Qigui Yimailing on angina symp-toms,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndromes scores,electrocardiogr-am(ECG)ischemia conditions and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of patients before and after treatment so as to clarify the clinical effects of Qigui Yimailing on stable angina pectoris(SAP)with depression(qi deficien-cy deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods:30 SAP patients with depression from the fourth department of cardio-vascular disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hei Longjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected with the diagnostic criteria of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,which were given Qigui Yimailing in the Morning and evening with boiling water during a course of treatment(4 weeks)to observe and record angina symptoms,TCM syndromes scores,ECG ischemia conditions and HAMD scores before and after treatment.Data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results:1.Angina symptoms:Compared with before treatment,the numbers of an-gina pectoris,durations of pain,degrees of pain,nitroglycerin usages were obviously decreased after treatment,the differences were statistically signi-ficant(P<0.05).2.TCM syndromes scores:Compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes were distinctly lower,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).3.ECG ischemia conditions:In the ECG efficacy,markedly effective pati-ents were 3 cases,effective patients were 11 cases,the total effective rate was 46.67%.4.HAMD scores:Compared with before treatment,the HAMD score was visibly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Qigui Yimailing can effectively improve angina symptoms of the SAP patients with depression(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).2.Qigui Yimailing can effectively decrease TCM syndromes scores of the SAP patients with depression(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).3.Qigui Yimailing can effectively improve ECG ischemia conditions of the SAP patients with depression(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).4.Qigui Yimailing can effectively decrease HAMD scores of the SAP patients with depression(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).
