The Clinical Observation Of Three-Dimensional Five-way Treatment Of Lumbar Muscle Strain

ObjectBy observing the clinical efficacy of three-dimensional five-way therapy in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain,we compared the clinical symptoms,clinical signs and dysfunction of the patients before and after treatment to find a safe and effective way to treat Chinese medicine in order to promote it.MethodsIn this study,60 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain were divided into three groups:30 patients(30 cases)and simple acupuncture group(30 cases)by random number grouping.Three-dimensional five method of treatment:? scraping:patients with back pain in the back of the mouth of the Du,the bladder by scraping treatment to the skin no longer fever for the degree;? cupping:flash cupping method in patients with back pain in the back of the bladder Go to the cans,if necessary,in the pain site to stay for 5 minutes;scraping and cupping are retrograde after the next treatment to 3 days is appropriate;? acupuncture:acupoints Shenshu,large intestine Yu,Acupuncture and moxibustion:the use of mine fire moxibustion,lit after the rotation of moxibustion pain site,moxibustion for 10 minutes;acupuncture and moxibustion,acupuncture and moxibustion,Acupuncture and moxibustion once a day,7 days a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment;?traditional Chinese medicine:oral spleen pain capsules,7,3 times a day orally.Acupuncture treatment of acupuncture alone and three-dimensional five-method group.At the end of treatment,the results of VAS score,clinical symptoms,clinical signs,CODI and other indicators of the two groups were compared before and after treatment in the treatment group before and after the treatment.Record data,statistical results,the use of SPSS21.0 data statistics software for data entry and analysis.Results:After two courses of treatment,the two groups have achieved good clinical efficacy.Two groups of VAS score,clinical symptoms,clinical signs,changes in dysfunction and other indicators between the groups P were less than 0.05,the comparison of P were equal to 0.000,there were significant differences.The effective rate was 43.33%and the total effective rate was 76.67%.The effective rate and the total effective rate of the three-dimensional five-method group were 60%and the total effective rate was 100%Were higher than those in acupuncture alone group,and after ridiit test,P = 0.0011<0.05,statistically significant.Conclusions:1,Three-dimensional five methods and acupuncture alone treatment of lumbar muscle strain has a significant clinical efficacy.2,Three-dimensional five-law therapy was significantly higher than the simple acupuncture,worthy of clinical promotion.
