Clinical Observation On Yishenxiezhuo Decoction On Treating Renal Carcinoma Patients After Operation With Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD?-?)

Objective:To observe the effect of yishenxiezhuo decoction on spleen and kidney deficiency?turbidity and toxin of renal carcinoma patients after operation with Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD?-?),the change of renal function,CEA,D-Dimer,discuss the clinical curative effect.Method:Select 30 cases of CKD patients all from Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine;the First Affiliated Hospital;Department of renal outpatient patients.Self control study was adopted before and after treatment with application of yishenxiezhuo decoction for 6 courses,4 weeks as a course.Comparing changes of the symptoms?signs and laboratory indicators before and after treatment.Results:1.Six months after treatment of TCM syndrome integral total effective rate of 86.7%.P<0.01,the significance of difference,with statistical significance.2.Scr?BUN?Ccr are nomal distribution,Scr?BUN of patients declined,while Ccr raised(P<0.05),and the difference is statistically significant.3.The serum level of D-Dimer and CEA is nomal distribution,it was significally lower(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Applying yishenxiezhuo decoction on spleen and kidney deficiency?turbidity and toxin of renal carcinoma patients after operation with Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD?-?),can effectively improve the syndrome.1.Applying yishenxiezhuo decoction can reduce Scr,BUN,the serum level of D-Dimer and CEA,raisingCcr.
