Objective: The study comparatively analyzed the prevalence of diabetes in the surveillance sites of Jilin province in 2010 and 2013 to find the high risk group of diabetes and formulate the policy and measure of the prevention and cure of diabetes.Methods: With multi-stage stratified clusters sampling 2966 people and 2923 people were selected respectively,in the surveillance sites of Jilin province in 2010 and 2013.The investigation included questionnaire,physical and laboratory examinations.SPSS ver 21.0 was used to analyze data.The description of quantitative data that accord with the normal distribution was ąS.The statistical analysis of the comparison the quantitative data between the two groups was the two independent sample t test.The description of qualitative variables was the composition ratio and rate.The statistical analysis of qualitative variables was Pearson chi square test.The statistical analysis of multiple factor was binary logistic regression.Results: 1.In the surveillance sites of Jilin province in 2010 and 2013,the prevalence of diabetes was respectively 16.35% and 14.10%,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(?2=5.808,p=0.016).Compared with 2010,the groups of which the prevalence of diabetes decreased in 2013: Ji'an city(?2=11.643,p=0.001),Nanguan district(?2=13.786,p<0.001),town(?2=6.313,p=0.012),female(?2=4.670,p=0.031),age 28-37 years(?2=3.914,p=0.048),age 38-47 years(?2=10.864,p=0.001),Han(?2=7.531,p=0.006),Manchu(?2=4.450,p=0.035),Junior high school(?2=4.387,p=0.036),married(?2=7.233,p=0.007),worker(?2=8.023,p=0.005),medical insurance for urban workers(?2=5.149,p=0.023),nonsmokers(?2=7.135,p=0.008),secondhand smoke(?2=4.786,p=0.029),not alcohol drinkers(?2=4.266,p=0.039),daily consumption of fresh vegetables(?2=5.697,p=0.017),daily consumption of fresh fruit(?2=7.064,p=0.008),no high intensity work per week(?2=5.216,p=0.022),no high intensity leisure activities per week(?2=4.734,p=0.030),moderate intensity work per week(?2=3.957,p=0.047),moderate intensity leisure activities per week(?2=10.386,p=0.001),cycling more than 10 min per week(?2=9.249,p=0.002),daily static time 0h-(?2=10.995,p=0.001),daily sleep time 6-8h(?2=6.020,p=0.014),BMI<24(?2=6.599,p=0.010),central obesity(?2=6.412,p=0.011),non central obesity(?2=8.779,p=0.003),non dyslipidemia(?2=8.007,p=0.005).In other population,there was no statistically significant difference in the prevalence of diabetes between 2010 and 2013.2.In 2010 and 2013,the rates of measuring blood glucose during the 6 months were respectively 13.59% and 21.66%,the rates of measuring blood glucose during the 12 months were respectively 5.63% and 7.70%,the rates of measuring blood glucose 12 months ago were respectively 6.50% and 8.79%,the rates of never measuring blood glucose were respectively 71.38% and 60.52%.There was statistically significant difference in the the rates of measuring blood glucose between 2010 and 2013(?2=117.274,p<0.001).The rates of diabetes recognition were respectively 48.25% and 39.56%.There was statistically significant difference in the rates of diabetes recognition between 2010 and 2013(?2=6.810,p=0.009).The rates of total diabetes control were respectively 21.03% and 14.56%.There was statistically significant difference in the rates of total diabetes control between 2010 and 2013(?2=6.297,p=0.012).3.Influence factors of diabetes in the surveillance sites of Jilin province in 2010 were region(?2=45.670,p<0.001),town and country(?2=14.606,p<0.001),age(?2=82.992,p<0.001),nation(?2=9.635,p=0.022),marriage(?2=25.868,p<0.001),occupation(?2=19.118,p<0.001),medical insurance(?2=24.203,p<0.001),daily fresh fruit(?2=4.482,p=0.034),daily sleep time(?2=6.997,p=0.030),BMI(?2=77.680,p<0.001),central obesity(?2=69.355,p<0.001),hypertension(?2=101.148,p<0.001),dyslipidemia(?2=43.887,p<0.001).Multivariate analysis showed: Ji'an City(OR=1.489,p=0.028),38-47 years old(OR=2.220,p=0.022),48-57 years old(OR=2.532,p=0.008),58-67 years old(OR=2.993,p=0.002),more than 68 years old(OR=4.119,p<0.001),BMI:24-27.99(OR=1.333,p=0.030),BMI?28(OR=1.726,p=0.001),entral obesity(OR=1.421,p=0.007),hypertension(OR=1.831,p<0.001),dyslipidemia(OR=1.899,p<0.001)were risk factors;Manchu(OR=0.162,p=0.013)were protective factor.Influence factors of diabetes in the surveillance sites of Jilin province in 2013 were gender(?2=6.661,p=0.010),age(?2=66.074,p<0.001),marriage(?2=10.747,p=0.030),occupation(?2=8.446,p=0.038),smoking status(?2=4.541,p=0.033),daily fresh fruit(?2=24.179,p<0.001),moderate intensity leisure activities every week(?2=14.987,p<0.001),BMI(?2=96.531,p<0.001),central obesity(?2=70.759,p<0.001),hypertension(?2=110.115,p<0.001),dyslipidemia(?2=79.629,p<0.001).Multivariate analysis showed: BMI : 24-27.99(OR=2.000,p<0.001),BMI ? 28(OR=2.478,p<0.001),hypertension(OR=1.892,p<0.001),dyslipidemia(OR=2.291,p<0.001)were risk factors;daily fresh fruit(OR=0.496,p<0.001)were protective factor.Conclusion: 1.In the surveillance sites of Jilin province,the prevalence of diabetes in 2013 was lower than that in 2010.2.Compared with 2010,the awareness of measurement of blood glucose increased in 2013,but the rates of awareness rate and total control rate of diabetes had been declining.3.In 2010,the main influence factors of diabetes were region,age,BMI,nation,central obesity,hypertension and dyslipidemia.In 2013,the main influence factors of diabetes were daily consumption of fresh fruit,BMI,hypertension and dyslipidemia.
