Objective:This study was to observe the vibration therapy combined with ultrasound treatment the curative effect of knee lateral collateral ligament injury,to provide a new method and new idea for rehabilitation treatment after the injury of the ligament.Methods:Select 60 cases included in the standard of the lateral collateral ligament of knee joint injury patients,With random number table,were randomly divided into three groups,In group A,20 cases were treated with vibration therapy,Group B was treated with ultrasound in 20 cases.Group C was treated with vibration combined with ultrasound therapy in 20 cases,the early basic treatment for the R-I-C-E principle,A group plus vibration therapy,B group with ultrasonic treatment,C group with vibration therapy combined with ultrasonic treatment,in three groups of patients before and after 2 weeks treatment gives the Lysholm knee function score,swollen Lequesne score function evaluation and visual analogue scale method,objective to observe the effect of vibration therapy combined with ultrasound on the treatment of knee collateral ligament injury.Results:1.Three groups of patients after treatment of knee joint motor function,swelling and pain compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the vibration therapy combined with ultrasonic treatment group was better than the vibration therapy group and the ultrasound treatment group in the improvement of knee joint function,swelling and pain,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Vibration therapy,ultrasonic therapy and vibration therapy combined with ultrasonic therapy can improve the motor function,swelling and pain in patients with knee collateral ligament injury,to promote repair of damaged ligament.2.The vibration therapy combined with ultrasonic treatment is better than pure vibration therapy and ultrasonic treatment. |
