ObjectiveBased on crossing transfer phenomenon observation acupuncture lower limb function reconstruction in patients with hemiplegia after strokingMethodsChoose to conform to the inclusion criteria of stroking patients with hemiplegia,.According to admission order randomly into treatment group and control group. Each group of 30 cases,a total of 60 cases. The control group should be given rehabilitation routine therapy.Treatment group in the rehabilitation department is based on conventional treatment and stab the contralateral same points.Retaining needle 30 min, treating 2 times a day.Continuous treatment 6 days a week, only one day off,for treatment of 4 weeks.Respecting before and after treatment by using high-speed electrical induced voltmeter measurement of the quadriceps muscle and lateral calculation, and long peroneal muscle root mean square value of the tibialis anterior muscle. To measure to raise the effectiveness of each muscle movement unit.Evaluation for daily life ability score and lower limb motor function score.Compare the clinical efficacy of two treatment methods.Results1.After the treatment,FMA-L of both groups were improved, and the treatment group are better than the control group(p<0.05);2.After the treatment,RMS of both groups are lower than before treatment significantly, and the treatment group are more obvious than the control group(p<0.05);3.After the treatment,ADL of both groups are significantly improved compared with before treatment, the effect of the treatment group are significantly higher(p<0.05).Conclusion1.The same acupoints were found on the basis of the treatment of lateral conventional acupuncture, can improve the effective fundraising of the quadriceps, the tibia anterior muscle and the fibula motor unit.2.The same acupoints were found on the basis of the treatment of lateral conventional acupuncturehas a significant improvement in the function of the lateral lower limb movement and the daily life of the patient. The effect is superior to conventional treatment...
