Purpose:The relationship between the local fascia node around shoulder joint and the position of the contralateral hip joint,knee joint and ankle joint in patients with periarthritis of shoulder was observed by using integral myoelectric value,and the relationship between the local area of shoulder periarthritis and the surface electromyography of contralateral lower extremity was discussed.To verify the guiding effect of the theory of muscles and bones on the treatment of pain injury diseases.Materials and methods:A total of 60 patients were divided into hip joint group,knee joint group,and ankle joint group after palpation of contralateral lower limb gluteal joints.Three groups of subjects were tested by surface electromyography machine before being acupunctured.The original Integrated electromyography?IEMG?values of the pectoralis majoris,deltoid muscle,and supraspinatus muscle around the shoulder joint were recorded.After acupuncturing the high-frequency tendon nodes,the hip group rotated the body for 50times,rested in 5 minutes,and repeated the previous exercise.At 20 minute,the surface electromyography machine was applied again to the affected subject's shoulder joints after autonomous activities?hand back raises,abducts,on contralateral shoulder?in the corresponding period of time.The IEMG values of pectoralis major,deltoid,supraspinatus high-frequency tendons were compared with that before the acupuncture;the knee joint group and the ankle joint group methods were same to the hip joint group.Results:1.The shoulder circumference of high-frequency tendon nodes are:Zhong Fu Ci appeared 57times,accounted for 95%;Jian Liao Ci appeared 57 times,accounted for 95%,Jian Yu Ci appeared 54 times,accounted for 90%,and Bing Feng Ci appeared 50 times,accounted for83.3%.2.The contralateral Hip Joint Group high Frequency tendon nodes are:Huan Tiao Ci appeared 58 times,accounted for 96.7%,Bi Shu Ci appeared 56 times,accounted for 93.3%,Zhi Bian Ci appeared 53 times,accounted for 88.3%;The contralateral Knee Joint Group high frequency tendon nodes are:Yang Ling Ci appeared 47 times,accounted for 78.3%;He Yang Ci appeared 42 times,accounted for 70%Qu Quan Ci appeared 38 times,accounted for63.3%,and the high frequency tendon nodes of The contralateral Ankle Joint Group are:Cheng Shan Ci 35 times,accounted for 58.3%,Tai Xi Ci appeared 32 times,accounted for 53.3%,Jie Xi Ci appeared 28 times,accounted for 46.7%.3.In the three experimental groups,the analysis of the paired T test was used before and after acupuncture.The results were as follows:T value in Hip Joint Group were:t Pectoralis major muscle=7.889,P<0.05;t the Deltoid muscle=9.380,P<0.05;t Supraspinatus muscle=7.159,P<0.05;T value in Knee Joint Group were:t Pectoralis major muscle=9.459,P<0.05;t the Deltoid muscle=7.451,P<0.05;t Supraspinatus muscle=8.849,P<0.05;T value in Ankle Joint Group were:t Pectoralis major muscle=4.483,P<0.05;t the Deltoid muscle=8.553,P<0.05;t Supraspinatus muscle=4.876,P<0.05,By paired T test,the results of the three groups were statistically significant.The results of a single factor analysis of variance between the three groups before and after acupuncture were compared.The results were as follows:Comparison of pectoralis major muscle groups before acupuncture:F Pectoralis majormuscle=0.061,P Pectoralis major muscle=0.941>0.05,No significant difference;after acupuncture:F Pectoralis major muscle=12.624,P Pectoralis major muscle=0.000<0.05,Significant differences;Comparison of the Deltoid muscle groups before acupuncture:F the Deltoid muscle=2.304,P the Deltoid muscle=0.109>0.05,No significant difference;after acupuncture:F the Deltoid muscle=36.772,P the Deltoid muscle=0.000<0.05,Significant differences;Comparison of Supraspinatus muscle groups before acupuncture:F Supraspinatus muscle=0.032,P Supraspinatus muscle=0.968>0.05,No significant difference;after acupuncture:F Supraspinatus muscle=10.970,P Supraspinatus muscle=0.000<0.05,Significant differences.Application of LSD?least significant difference method?to carry on the analysis of variance among groups,after multiple comparisons of hip joint with knee and ankle joint in each group,the difference in the output of the hip joint group before and after deltoid acupuncture was the most significant.Therefore,it was considered that acupuncture had the most obvious effect on improving shoulder circumference activity in the lateral hip joint group.Conclusions:1.The positive tendon nodes produced by the cord and nodules on the deltoid muscle are most probably to cause dysfunction of the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis;2.The tendon nodes around the contralateral hip joint are more synergetic relevant to the local tendon nodes of the shoulder;3.Thinking method of function end to function end symmetry under the Muscles and Bones Diagnosis system to provide ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical pain injurydiseases;4.The clinical application value of the structure acupuncture method under the Muscles and Bones Diagnosis system for the treatment of pain and injury diseases;5.The movement function of surface EMG monitoring of muscle is necessary in clinic.
