Objective:To investigate the metastasis rule and survival situation difference between the patients who showed T1 stage primary peripheral non-small cell lung cancer lymph node and the preoperative high resolution CT which showed high and low quantitative mixed GGO(mixed ground glass opacity). And we found the best lymph node dissection and treatment strategies which can maximize patients' benefit. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 60 patients who receive treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016,and the patients were showed(mixed metaplasia)lung cancer under the high resolution CT.Measurement and analysis of mGGO real composition ratio, which are divided into two groups to analyze the lymph node metastasis.Retrospective analysis of 48 cases receiving lung cancer radical surgery from January 2011 to February 2012 in our hospital, and analysis of mGGO high quantification,mGGO low group of patients with different survival status differences. Results:A total of 1038 lymph nodes were cleared, with an average of 18.54 per patients.40 were metastatic lymph nodes at total;the overall transfer rate is 3.85%.MGGO high quantification group transfer rate was 6.80%;mGGO low quantification group transfer rate was 1.55%.Three patients had pure 12th and/or 13 and(or)14 lymph node metastases with a detection rate of 5.00%.The rate of 60 cases lung cancer in the overall pleural metastasis was 23.33%,which mGGO high quantitative group 35.71%;mGGO low quantification group 12.50%.48 patients with postoperative follow-up overall 5-year survival rate were 93.48%,including mGGO high quantitative group 86.96%,high mGGO quantitative group 100%.Conclusion:T1 phase patients with primary peripheral peripheral NSCLC,preoperative high resolution CT showed mGGO low mass of patients generally do not occur mediastinal lymph node metastasis.Preoperative performance of mGGO high-volume patients was easier occur mediastinal lymph node metastasis than mGGO low-volume patients.Patients with high mGGO or low dose of mGGO could have a simple pulmonary lymph node metastasis, and the 5 year survival rate and disease-free survival time of patients with mGGO were higher than those of mGGO.
