The Research Of 1063 Cases Of Main Fetal Growth Parameters By Ultrasonic Measurement In The Second Trimester

Background:Ultrasound as a fetal intrauterine growth monitoring is one of the important means that have been in clinical used nearly 50 years.From two-dimensional ultrasound to four-dimensional ultrasound used until now,both on the physician's operation skills and on the instrumental function and resolution are greatly improved.At present we commonly used abroad as a reference,but due to the geographical,ethnic,genetic and dietary habits difference,this standard may be not suitable for the actual situation of our country or the different region.Along with the development of our country,the living standards and dietary structure of the pregnant women have improved.Ever applied to clinical ultrasonic measurement of the normal range,also can not reflect the present state of fetal growth.So it is necessary to evaluate the normal fetal growth parameters.Objective:To measure and analyze the different gestational age(22—26⁺⁶ W)of normal fetal growth parameters?biparietal diameter BPD,head circumference HC,abdominal circumference AC and femur length FL?.And comparing with the foreign?Williams obstetrics?and domestic?Suzhou city?existing reference standard.Methods:Review of 1063 cases of normal single pregnancy from May 2015 to December 2016 in the first affiliated hospital of Dalian medical university,which was measured by the ultrasound of main fetal growth parameters?BPD,HC,AC and FL?in the second trimester.Those 1063 cases of investigation ranging from 22 to 26⁺⁶ weeks were individed into 5 groups by gestational age?GA?.The normal reference range of fetal growth parameters were obtained.Comparing and analyzing them with the those gained from the 24th version?Williams obstetrics?and Suzhou city published in 2011.Results:1.The normal second trimester fetal BPD?r=0.996?,HC?r=0.999?,AC?r=0.996?and FL?r=0.996?were highly positively correlated with gestational age?P<0.01?.2.Comparing with the 24th version?Williams obstetrics?reference standard,the BPD and the AC were similar,but our HC and FL were obvious smaller and the FL difference became larger and larger along with the geatational age.3.Comparing with the reference standard of Suzhou city published in 2011,the BPD was similar,but the other fetal growth parameters were obvious greater.Conclusions:1.Our normal second trimester fetal BPD,HC,AC and FL were highly positively correlated with gestational age.2.The BPD in the second trimester can be used to evaluate the gastational age.3.Our FL was obvious shorter than that in Williams,and the difference became larger and larger along with the gastational age.
