Objective To analyze the correlation between ultrasound indicators in later pregnant trimester and neonatal birth status, and to judge the influence of ultrasound indicators on neonatal birth status and its degree. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the birth status of1696 parturients from January 2016 to December 2018 who have had an ultrasound examination in late pregnancy in our hospital. The relationship between ultrasound fetal heart rate, umbilical blood flow(S/D),placental maturity, amniotic fluid index(AFI)and Apgar score, neonatal weight and meconium stained amniotic fluid was discussed by Logistic regression method. Results Placental maturity grade ? were associated with meconium stained amniotic fluid(P<0.05),placental maturity grade ? was 1.335 fold higher risk than the grade ?.The polyhydramnios was correlated with lower apgar score(P<0.05)and was 34.761 fold higher risk of asphyxia than the normal AFI.Placental maturity, umbilical artery S/D ratio were associated with low birth weight infants(P < 0.05),placenta maturitygrade ? was 19.911 fold higher risk of low birth weight infants than grade ?,placental maturity grade ? was 0.267 fold lower risk than grade ?.The high of umbilical artery S/D ratio was 6.767 fold higher risk of low birth weight infants than the normal S/D ratio;Placental maturity grade ? was associated with macrosomia(P<0.05)and was 1.966 fold higher risk of macrosomia than grade ?.Conclusion Placental maturity grade ? were associated with meconium stained amniotic fluid;the polyhydramnios was correlated with lower apgar score;placental maturity, umbilical artery S/D ratio were associated with low birth weight infants;placental maturity grade ? was associated with macrosomia. They are of certain clinical value to evaluate the neonatal birth status with ultrasound indicators in later pregnant trimester, and they are expected to further improve the clinical prediction of maternal and fetal health status in later pregnant trimester, and provide an important basis for clinical intervention,so as to improve the birth quality of neonates.
