Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Alcoholic Liver Disease With Self-made Qinggan Decoction

Although modern medicine has made a great progress in the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of alcoholic liver disease.But how can we control the incidence of alcoholic liver disease to the maximum extent?how to cut or reverse the progression of alcoholic liver disease?how to prevent and control all kinds of serious complications of alcoholic liver cirrhosis and prolong the survival time?even the use of cheaper or more convenient drugs,and so on,all these are the key issues in the field of alcoholic liver disease.Earlier,according to TCM theory,we combined with the clinical observation of each type of alcoholic liver disease with the clinical features of liver and gallbladder damp heat basic pathogenesis,developed a "Qinggan Decoction" as hospital preparation routine treatment of various types of alcoholic liver disease,and we got a good clinical effect.This topic conducts the preliminary evaluation of the clinical curative effect of the Decoction.Objective:The study evaluated the effect of the alcoholic liver disease(damp heat in the liver and gallbladder)treated with self-made Qinggan Decoction.Methods:80 patients with alcoholic liver disease selected from Xuzhou Infectious Disease Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(40 patients in each group).The treatment group was treated with Qinggan Decoction(Artemisia 25g?Gardenia 10g?Pueraria lobata 15g?Hoveniadulcisthunb 15g?Polygonum cuspidatum 10g?Desmodium 15g?Turmeric 10g?Poria 10g?Alisma 10g?Bupleurum 6g),200ml each time,twice a day,and the control group was treated with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules,456mg each time,three times a day.The course was 4 weeks for both groups.An efficacy evaluation was made by observing the change of TCM symptom score,hepatic function and the ultrasonic diagnosis of digestive system.Results:(1)The effective rate was 92.5%and 87.5%,the total effective rate was 97.5%and 95%in treatment group and control group,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)There was statistical significance(P<0.05)according to the comparation of index changes before and after treatment,and the ALT?AST?TBIL?GGT in horizontal direction,Therefore,the treatment group was better than control group in improving liver function.(3)The treatment group was obviously better than control group in some aspects,such as the distending pain in hypochondrium,the yellowing of the skin and eyes,the yellow urine decreased,there was significance(P<0.05);but the differences in some aspects were not obvious,such as nauseous?vomiting?tired of the oil?constipation and other symptoms,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The theoretical study shows the pathogenesis characteristics of alcoholic liver disease in different stages,and put forward the gallbladder damp heat is the basic pathological factors of alcoholic liver disease,and the clearing gallbladder damp heat is basic treatment.(2)The overall curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(3)Qinggan Decoction can effectively reduce the main symptoms such as hypochondrium,hypochondrium,the yellowing of the skin and eyes,the yellow urine decreased.(4)Qinggan Decoction can improve the liver function by reducing the level of TBiL.ALT?AST?GGT in serum.(5)Qinggan Decoction can make the symptom of liver ultrasonic swelling and liver injury better.(6)There are no obvious adverse reactions occurred during the course of treatment.
