Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy With Qi Yin Deficiency And Turbid Blood Stasis Syndrome With Preserved Kidney And Hypoglycemic Prescription

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Baoshen Jiangtang Decoction in treating stage III diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of qi and yin deficiency and turbidity and blood stasis.Method:The patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with diabetic nephropathy(DKD)were treated with randomized,parallel controlled clinical study.The treatment group in the Western medicine basic treatment(hypoglycemic,antihypertensive,lipid-lowering,anti-platelet aggregation,etc.)plus traditional Chinese medicine decoction Guoshen hypoglycemic oral,the control group only to Western medicine basic treatment,continuous medication for 12 weeks.(Total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein)in the serum of the two groups of patients after treatment,the glycemic index(fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin);Renal function related indicators(24-hour urine protein quantitative,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,glomerular filtration rate)expression levels.Results:1.Comprehensive effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%.The comprehensive effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Curative effect of TCM syndrome:the improvement of TCM symptom score in treatment group is better than that in control group(P<0.05).3.Lipid metabolism index:the treatment group were better than those of glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);the difference of blood glucose improve postprandial two groups of patients before and after treatment(P>0.05);the treatment group were better than those of high density lipoprotein and low protein density control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);improvement of total cholesterol and triglyceride of the two groups of patients with no significant difference(P>0.05).4.Renal function index:the treatment group were better than those of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,24 hours urinary protein quantitative control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);the two group of glomerular filtration rate improvement did not reach statistical significance(P>0.05).Conelusion:1.The treatment of kidney preserving and hypoglycemic formula is a kind of kidney disease with stage Ⅲ diabetes mellitus,which belongs to both qi and yin deficiency.The comprehensive curative effect of turbid blood stasis syndrome is better,and it can improve the symptoms and signs of tcm.2.The method of reducing blood sugar,urea nitrogen and 24 hours urine protein in kidney preserving and hypoglycemic formula can improve the clinical progress of diabetic nephropathy.3.Bao Shen Jiangtang recipe can improve the glucose and lipid metabolism,significantly reduce the patient’s glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,significantly increased high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein.4.no adverse drug reactions were found in clinical observation,and the safety was good.
