| Objective:to establish the injury model of rats with acute femoral fractures by the use of Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Nanjing city in the preparation of blood powder as ointment topical treatment of fracture drugs,determination of Hemorheology in rats before and after treatment,the plasma viscosity and serum alkaline phosphatase by different time(ALP),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P)the changes observed at the same time and X-ray imaging pathological changes of activating blood and dissolving mechanism of promoting fracture healing,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:according to the pharmacology experimental experimental methods,made a day before the model of rat left hip and thigh with 8%sodium sulfide depilatory.With urethane solution of 20%by weight(5ml/kg)by intraperitoneal injection to rat superficial anesthesia,rats is markedly weakened the ability to resist anesthesia;rats in the supine position,fixed a left thigh abduction and internal rotation posture,the model is fixed on the bracket and the regulation of iron ingot,in the mid thigh with a blunt bone knife pressure,lift weights to 30cm 500g assistant,let the weights along the guide rod in freefall and plate impact force transmitted to the blunt blade bone,femur fracture caused by impact.After the modeling,the X-ray film of the limb was taken immediately to find out the type and extent of the fracture,and the fracture type was transverse or short oblique.The rats were crushed to crush comminuted fracture and skin damage.Selected rats 36 were randomly divided into two groups:group A control group 18,coated with Vaseline/2:1 mixed paste 5g lanolin plus special splint,according to sampling time were randomly divided into a,B,C3 group(administered after 10,20,30d);group B experimental group 18,and the fracture with Huoxue powder ointment 5g plus special splint,according to sampling time were randomly divided into a,B,C3 group(administered after 10,20,30d).1 hours after the successful implementation of the relevant treatment.In use after tenth,20,30d group was 6 rats after anesthesia,femoral artery blood collection blood rheology,blood viscosity and blood biochemical measurement of blood after using the distraction method for cervical dislocation fast rats were sacrificed,then dissected femur fracture,femur length of specimens X-ray imaging and histopathological examination of callus.Results the blood powder paste group in the effect on the fracture model of rat plasma viscosity,plasma viscosity,serum ALP,Ca and P content,and the effect of fracture callus tissue of rat model of morphology,the fracture model of rat femur X-ray was better than the model group.Blood powder in the treatment of 20,30 days,can significantly improve the blood rheological fracture model rats,decrease the blood 1S1,5s1,30sl shear rate,can significantly reduce the plasma viscosity fracture model rats,can significantly increase the fracture model of rat serum ALP,Ca,P content.At different time points on the blood stasis group,the pathological fracture of the broken end of the pathological sections showed that the cartilage callus,trabecular bone was significantly better than that of the control group,X-ray film showed callus growth was significantly better than the control group.[Conclusion]the topical application of Huoxue powder has an obvious promoting effect on the early bone healing of rat model of fracture. |
