Clinical Study On The Lidan Huoxue Tongfu Prescription In Fast Tracting Of Patients With Partial Hepatectomy For Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Through the clinical study on the recovery of perioperative patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine(TCM),the effect of Chinese medicine on the rehabilitation of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)Objective evaluation and explore the significance of Chinese medicine in the accelerated recovery of liver surgery.Method:A total of 40 patients after partial hepatectomy were enrolled in this study.The patients in the experimental group were divided into two groups.Recording the experimental indicators including the common response to liver function indicators ALT,AST,TBIL,and tumor necrosis factor a and clinical symptoms of the changes on the day before surgery,the first day after surgery,the third day after surgery,the fifth day after surgery,the seventh day after surgery.The control group ALT80.87�63.10 U/L,AST60.53�31.67 U/L(P<0.05),The clinical symptoms were also statistically different(p<0.05).The mean duration of hospitalization was 12.84�1.74 days and the control group was 15.67�1.76 days(P<0.01),with significant statistical difference.Result:In this study,40 patients were enrolled in the group,and 34 patients were enrolled in the study.The observation group was 19 cases and the control group was 15 cases.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the preoperative evaluation index,The observation group was performed on the seventh day after operation ALT35.53�21.99 U/L,AST 20.32�6.75 U/L.The fifth day after surgery was observed TNF-? 8.26�1.56 pg/ml,TBIL 10.31�2.79 umol/L.The control group TNF-? 10.88�1.83 pg/ml,TBIL 16.33�4.97 umol/L(P<0.05)?Conclusion:In the partial resection of liver in patients with perioperative use of Lidan Huoxue Tongfu prescription side after treatment of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury,the average days in hospital were decreased,the experimental group than the blank group were significantly improved,the patient's clinical symptoms better than the blank group.It is beneficial to accelerate the recovery of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury and improve the safety of patients with rapid recovery.
