Clinical Observation Of Advanced Breast Cancer With The Type Of Luminal B Treated With Nourishing Yin And Detoxification Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy

Objective:In recent years,the incidence of breast cancer has increased year by year,which has become a serious threat to human life and health,and has become the biggest threat to women's health.Recurrence and metastasis are the main causes of poor prognosis and death in patients with advanced breast cancer.At present,chemotherapy has been recognized as one of the most important components in the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer.The treatment of solid tumors is a disease that needs to be treated by multidisciplinary collaboration.This thesis were divided into treatment group and control group according to the different treatment options,through the observation of practice in clinical,objectively evaluate the clinical curative effect of Nourishing Yin and Detoxification decoction to treat yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome of the breast cancer with the type of Luminal B,safety evaluation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment process,so as to provide clinical reference for Chinese medicine combined with modern medicine for the treatment of breast cancer.Methods:the research objects were 40 cases,divided into treatment group and control group according to the different treatment options;the control standard of capecitabine treatment group with paclitaxel liposome+Capecitabine,treatment group was based on the scheme selected by the control group and combined with Nourishing Yin and Detoxification decoction.Before and after to analyze the changes of evaluation of physical condition.TCM symptom score,tumor indextreatment by statistical software;comparative analysis to observe the short-term curative effect,treatment of adverse reaction after chemotherapy appear;analysis of the party played by Nourishing Yin and Detoxification in clinical curative effect.Results:in patients with KPS score(physical condition)effect comparison,the physical status of treatment group and control group were improved,with significant curative effect comparison of the difference between the two groups,the compatibility of Chinese herbal medicine treatment group with strengthen the body resistance,tonify spleen and tonify qi has a good effect for patients with physical.TCM symptom score,the results showed that the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms were improved after treatment in the treatment group,the score changes significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05),can to consider treat the clinical symptoms of patients combined with traditional Chinese medicine has a positive effect.In the near future curative effect,for the tumor index,the two groups have different degrees of decline after treatment,and the difference between the two groups of tumor index curative effect difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).The total control rate,the treatment group(90%),contral group(80%);the disease control rate comparison was not statistically significant(P>0.05),in the total curative effect the treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine has not obvious effect in enhancing the curative effect.In drug safety,adverse reaction of two groups after the treatment is mainly reflected in the blood toxicity,gastrointestinal reaction,liver and kidney damage;no significant differences between the two groups in the aspects of adverse reaction after chemotherapy(P>0.05),but in the gastrointestinal reaction,the number of cases is less than the control group,with statistical significance and the difference(P<0.05),we can say that combined with traditional Chinese medicine has better curative effect for improving gastrointestinal reaction.Conclusion:Nourishing Yin and Detoxification decoction combined with paclitaxel liposome+Capecitabine did not increase adverse reaction after treatment,showed advantages in reducing gastrointestinal reaction after chemotherapy.At the same time to improve the physical condition of patients,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients also showed some advantages,reflecting the feasibility of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of breast cancer.
