Objective: The purpose of this study was to study the behaviors of self injection of insulin in diabetes patients, and to find out the nonstandard behaviors of injection technique. To analyze the main influencing factors of irregular behavior in patients with insulin injection; The aim of this study is to provide theoretical basis for clinical nursing education and the improvement of insulin injection behaviors, and to promote and standardize the behavior of self injection,so as to improve the effect of insulin treatment. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study. The study adopted convenience sampling method, extraction of 246 patients who met the inclusion criteria from July 2015 to June 2016 in the Department of Endocrinology ward of two hospitals in Dalian.1.The researcher conducted a questionnaire survey of patients who met the inclusion criteria during their stay in the Department of Endocrinology.2.The researchers used questionnaires to investigate each patient, and the patients who were unable to fill in the questionnaire were filled out according to the patient's response. The patient's general information, disease related information, laboratory test results were obtained from patient records.3.After the completion of each questionnaire on the spot to check whether there are omissions, and timely supplement complete, then numbered for each questionnaire,in order to facilitate the day after inspection. Finally, fill in the survey date.5.Using SPSS 20.0 package for data processing and statistical analysis. The measurement data is recorded by average ± standard deviation(?x ± s)and count data is recorded by rate and constituent ratio.T analysis and variance analysis were used to analyze the injection behavior of patients with insulin injection;Multivariate analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis with a standard of ?=0.05,?=0.10.Results: 1.The investigation on 246 cases of injection behavior of diabetic patients in the total score range: 53 to 97,average(70.85 ± 8.57)points.The patient's insulin injection behavior is not standardized, rotation between parts, needle processing, needle replacement are the weak links of insulin injections in diabetics;Psychological insulin resistance score range 55 ~ 116,the average(85.01 ± 11.88);The related problems in patients with diabetes mellitus score range 15 ~ 85,the average(48.03 ± 13.35).2.Results of single factor analysis of insulin injection in diabetic patients: there were statistically significant differences in different age patients with self injection of insulin behavior(P<0.001);there were statistically significant differences in different marital status of the patients self injection of insulin behavior(P=0.025);the difference was statistically significant different insulin injection time with self injection of insulin behavior(P=0.026);the difference was statistically significant different knowledge of the initial source of patients with insulin injection self injection of insulin action(P<0.001).3.There was a correlation between insulin injection behavior and psychological insulin resistance(r=0.319,P<0.001),and there was a correlation between insulin injection behavior and emotional disorder(r=-0.158,P=0.019)in diabetic patients.4.The multiple linear regression analysis of the behavior of insulin injection in diabetic patients, the time of insulin injection, the source of knowledge, psychological insulin resistance and the emotional disorder of diabetes were the main influencing factors. Conclusions: 1.The behavior of insulin injection in diabetic patients is not standardized, especially in the aspects of injection technique and self assessment.2.The behavior of insulin injection in patients with diabetes mellitus was correlated with the degree of psychological insulin resistance and diabetic mood disorder.3.The insulin injection time is 36~120 months, the age is 50~70 years old,the psychological insulin resistance level is higher, the patient with diabetes mood disorder is more serious, the insulin injection behavior is worse. The patients who initial knowledge came from with diabetes specialist nurses performed better than patients from other sources of knowledge in insulin behavior.Insulin injection time, initial source of knowledge, psychological insulin resistance, and mood disorders were the main factors affecting their insulin injection behavior.
