Objective:Prostate cancer is easier be got in men over the age of 55,and the morbidity is higher when men get older.In recent years,the incidence of prostate cancer has leapt to the second place in male malignant tumors,in China,the incidence is also increasing year by year,accounting for the male malignant tumor in the third place,second only to lung cancer mortality.Mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK)is an intracellular signaling pathway of the common channel and the convergence point,extracellular signal regulated kinase ERK is one of the members of the family.A large number of studies show that ERK signaling pathway in the development of malignant tumor plays a crucial role in prostate cancer,also exist in the pathway,but at present,ERK in prostate cancer research tends to tumor stage and grade,prognosis of patients with prostate cancer.The students lack the study on prostate cancer staging and grading was studied,and the prognosis of patients with prostate cancer,the correlation analysis,provide relevant clinical data for the ERK signal pathway affecting the prognosis of patients with prostate cancer.To investigate the expression of extracellular signal regulated kinase(ERK)and p-ERK in benign and malignant prostate tissues,and whether it can be used as a marker to judge the prognosis of advanced prostate cancer.Methods:The expression of ERK1/2 and p-ERK1/2 in 20 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and 40 cases of advanced prostate cancer(PCa)were detected by immunohistochemistry techniques.And analysis the relationship between Gleason score,PSA and prognosis.Results:(1)Expression of ERK1/2:The expression rate of BPH was 55%,and advanced PCa was 82.5%(P<0.05).In advanced prostate cancer,the expression rates of metastatic and non metastatic prostate cancer were 84.2%and 80.9%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);The expression rates of Gleason score>7 and Gleason score<7 were 91.3%?70.6%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);The expression rates of PSA level>20ng/ml and PSA level ? 20ng/ml were 87.5%.62.5%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);The expression rates of survival rate>5 years and survival rate ? 5 years were 84.2%.80.9%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);(2)Expression of p-ERKl/2:The expression rate of BPH was 35.0%,and advanced PCa was 75.0%(P<0.05).In advanced prostate cancer,the expression rates of metastatic and non metastatic prostate cancer were 61.9%and 89.5%,there was significant difference(P<0.05);The expression rates of Gleason score>7 and Gleason score<7 were 73.9%.76.5%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);The expression rates of PSA level>20ng/ml and PSA level<20ng/ml were 78.1%?62.5%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);The expression rates of survival rate>5 years and survival rate<5 years were57.9%?90.5%,there was significant difference(P<0.05);Conclusion:ERK1/2?p-ERK1/2 protein expressed more in advanced PCa,and p-ERKl/2 was associated with advanced PCa metastasis and survival rate.
