ObjectiveBased on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5),to analyze experience of professor Li Yunying and summarize the characteristic and regularity of prescription of treating Chronic Laryngitis,providing the reference resources for the clinical treatment and scientific research to treat Chronic laryngitic,it is benificial to inherit the experience of famous veteran teran doctors of TCM,and it’ s good for the characteristic development of laryngology in Southern China.MethodCollctioning the 294 prescriptions in 179 cases of chronic laryngitic patients that visit to professor Li in Outpatient department of ENT.Guangdong Hospital of TCM from January 2014 to December 2016.Based on the TCMISS,we transfer the date and set up a database of chronic laryngitic,and then do date analysis,to find the relation regulations and build the netword resource,conclusing the experience of professor Li,getting some new prescriptions as well.ResultThrough analyzing 294 ambulatory recipes,Blood stasis and phlegm coagulation is the most commen type dialectical typing,98 varieties of herbs are used,the most frequently used are liquorice,balloonflower root,Radix Ranuncuil,bombyx batryticatus,and so on.The most widely used types are resolve phlegm and relieve cough,tonify deficiency,heat medicines and diaphoretic,and using insect drugs to achieve the purpose of removing blood stasis,cool and cold medicine is more than warm-natured medicine,identify the five tastes,most of them are belong to pungent,sweet and bitter,and the Meridian mostly are spleen,lung,stomachte and liver.Based on the analyze of relation regulations,while installing the support to 50 percent,17 kinds of combinations including 7 categories of herb are found.Decrease the support to 40 percent,52 kinds of combinations including 10 categories of herb are found,moreover,14 kernel combinations and 7 new presciptions are found by the complex systemic entropy clustering type.There are 60 prescription about children,according to the same method,we found some herbs like Pori a cocos,Radix pseudostellariae,,oroxylum indicum.Endothelium comeum amylase is used frequency,and have found 6 new presciptions.Conclusion1.Distinguish excess and deficiency is good for treating chronic laryngitic,professor Li put emphasis up phlegm-stasis,the main principle is resolving phlegm and stasis,promoting qi and ease-up the voice.most commonly used type is resolve phlegm and relieve cough,and like using insect drugs,tonic medicine and the herbs for regulating qi flow,aim at regulating qi and removing stasis.adapting rainy torrid climate of southern china,she also like use antipyretic and relieving drugs.2.Professor Li pay attention to Physical characteristics of children like"immature yin and yang"," asthenic susceptibility of spleen"," asthenic susceptibility of spleen",use mild medication and tonify the spleen and lung.3.Based on TCMISS comes with data analysis software and operator experience,it’ s good to seek for the important medicine and Prescription rule to treat chronic laryngitic,Easy to dig up new prescription,Contributing to the development of laryngea of TCM in Southern China,it’s also useful in research and development of new drugs.4.Using TCMISS to input,analysis and manage for a great deal of information,it’ s helpful for preserve and use presciption,Contributing to summary the experience of the old and famous doctor of TCM,Conducive to the development of TCM.
