country.According to the National Cancer Registry in 2015,about 270000 peoples got breast cancer,and approximately 70000 peoples died in China.At present,in addition to surgery and radiation therapy is given priority to local treatment,The new treatment method of combining the local and systemic,such as chemotherapy,endocrine therapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment,etc.are widely used in clinical.Chemotherapy as one of the three important means of postoperative adjuvant therapy of breast cancer plays an irreplaceable role to reduce the mortality of patients in a certain extent.But a series of adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy,including gastrointestinal adverse reactions(such as loss of appetite,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,abdominal pain or constipation,etc.)and bone marrow suppression(such as the complete blood reduced,the white blood cells had the greatest reduction),influence the patient's mental state seriously,hinder the treatment process and affect the clinical effect.Therefore,adverse reactions of chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery is one of the highlights in the breast cancer surgery clinical research.Some scholars believe that Chinese medicine treatment of breast cancer postoperative adverse reaction caused by chemotherapy curative effect is distinct,acupoint catgut-embedding therapy for its stimulus long lasting and time interval,easy to operate,the characteristics of low cost,is becoming a hot spot of research and discussion in recent years.The clinical effect of adverse reactions of chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery treated with acupoint catgut-embedding therapy in this research,in order to further improve the quality of survival,improve the clinical effect.ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of adverse reactions of chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery treated with acupoint catgut-embedding therapy compared with the pure western medicine routine treatment,in order to further improve the patient's quality of life and improve the clinical effect,to provide important scientific basis.MethodsWill be up to the standard of diagnosis,into and out of 58 cases of postoperative breast cancer chemotherapy patients,according to random number table method,divided into the treatment group(Acupoint catgut-embedding therapy + Western medicine routine treatment)30 cases and the control group(Western medicine routine treatment)28 cases.The control group is the conventional anti-nausea treatment,if necessary,to elevated the white blood cell and anti-infection treatment.The treatment group is acupoint catgut-embedding therapy on the basis of the control group.The first group of selected point:Zhong Wan,Qi Hai,Wei Shu(double),Shen Qu(double),Zu Sanli(double);The second group of selected point:Tian Shu(double),Guan Yuan,Da Zhui,Pi shu(double),Shang Juxu(double).Two groups of acupoints alternates.Recorded respectively in the two groups after 1~4 cycles of chemotherapy,Patients has loss of appetite,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and constipation or not.The decreasing conditions of white blood cells and The decreasing level(positive)of the platelet count and hemoglobin the ninth day after each chemotherapy.All normal distribution datas,written by(mean±standard deviation),The Measurement datas using t test,The count datas using?2 test,hypothesis testing using bilateral inspection,Test statistics and their corresponding P values are given,If P<0.05,it has statistical significance.For non-normal distribution data,It analyzes again after the logarithmic transformation.All data using SPSS 20.0 to analyze the datas.Results1.The observed indicators of the treatment group and control group such as age,duration,the white blood cell,TNM clinical stage,etc.through the statistical analysis has no obvious difference(P>0.05),The two groups can compare;2.After treatment with acupoint catgut-embedding therapy,The treatment group's gastrointestinal adverse reactions(including loss of appetite,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and constipation)were significantly decreasedthan the control group(P<0.05)after 1~4 cycles of chemotherapy of;3.The decreasing conditions of the white blood cells the ninth day after each chemotherapy in treatment group were statistically significantly lighter than those in control group(P<0.05);The treatment group's application of granulocyte colony stimulating factor is less than the control group(P<0.05)during the period of chemotherapy;The two groups during chemotherapy,The use of antibiotics is no statistical significance(P>0.05);4.The decreasing level(positive)of platelet count in treatment group was not statistically significantly lighter than those in control group(P>0.05)the ninth day after the first chemotherapy cycle,the main reason was platelet metabolism for a long time,so the treatment group was not lighter than the control group after the first cycle of chemotherapy;The decreasing conditions of platelet count in treatment group were statistically significantly lighter than those in control group(P<0.05)the ninth day after 2~4 cycles of chemotherapy;5.The decreasing level(positive)of hemoglobin in treatment group was not statistically significantly lighter than those in control group(P>0.05)the ninth day after the first chemotherapy cycle,the main reason was hemoglobin metabolism for a long time,so the treatment group was not lighter than the control group after the first cycle of chemotherapy;The decreasing conditions of hemoglobin in treatment group were statistically significantly lighter than those in control group(P<0.05)the ninth day after 2-4 cycles of chemotherapy;ConclusionsThe acupoint catgut-embedding therapy can relieve adverse reactions of chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery,The treatment group's gastrointestinal adverse reactions(including loss of appetite,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and constipation)were obviously lighter than the control group;The decreasing conditions of the white blood cells were statistically significantly lighter than those in control group;The decreasing conditions of platelet count and hemoglobin in treatment group were statistically significantly lighter than those in control group.Studies had shown that the acupoint catgut-emmbedding therapy can effectively improve the body's immune itself,protect hematopoietic function,regulate gastrointestinal function,reduce the adverse reaction caused by chemotherapy,improve the patient's quality of life,and the treatment with economic security,simple and effective,is worth further clinical research and extension.
